But I have to thank Professor Luís Paranhos very much because he not only believed that I would be able to improve my physical condition, but also allowed me to believe. Thanks to your professionalism, I have been improving and doing exercises that I never thought I could do. And, truth be told, in more than 10 years of gymnasiums I have never met such a committed and dedicated teacher.
