Experiência fantástica: Carolina is one of the most professional trainers I’ve come across. I first met her at the gym and she was already one of the most favorite instructors there. She also has a great personality which makes working out fun and enjoyable. In her one-to-one sessions, she tailors each workout to my individual needs and focuses on posture & technique. I really feel the burn afterwards and my moods have dramatically been impacted too. She’s definitely a gem in Aveiro! And speaks English which is a ++ for me! :)
