Experiência fantástica: Amazing gym - The Algarve Mecca. Probably the best in the Lagos and Portimao area. All hammer strength and life fitness equipment for every body part you can want. Even forearms. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. Is more than happy to show you around if you need it. He takes great pride in the gym and it shows with the calibre of equipment and all the people who train there. They are all friendly and will let you work in or give you a spot. A true destination for everyone from a casual trainee to an elite bodybuilder. As of summer 2024 - Daypass €8 5 Session pass €30 Vibes €priceless

This one is so good I especially plan our holidays to be within easy distance of this gym. Great hammer strength equipment, very reasonable day rate, and friendly staff. Gym is clean and well maintained.

Experiência positiva: Great gym! More weights than you know what to do with! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Great classes, it really has everything you could possibly need. Even freshly ground coffee! Only reason for 4 stars is that the spin bikes are pretty old. Being a spin instructor and used to modern bikes that is my only (very small) moan. Other than that an amazing facility and a fantastic find. It really made my holiday

Experiência fantástica: Really nice gym. You've got all you need and most likely more. Super friendly staff. You can get daypasses (ATM 7€). One week, two weeks and monthly memberships. I think it's fantastic. The music is super loud but obviously you can hear yours. They've got lockers (bring your own lock). I didn't know it so I could leave my belongings with them (super nice). If you're not sure I would just have a look (that's what I did before I went for a workout). Also I like it heaps that they correct you when they see you doing sth unhealthy. That's what I miss in many gyms (and you see many people doing wrong moves all the time). Thanks for making me feel welcomed!

Experiência fantástica: Best gym I’ve found in the Portimao area. Had all the machines I wanted. Coming from the US, the other gyms have disappointed me, being too small or dirty. This feels like an American gym: spacious, cool vibe, bodybuilders obsessing about their body in the mirror, haha.

Experiência fantástica: This gym is amazing. The hotel gym we were staying at wasn't brilliant so we looked around and found this. The staff are really friendly and the day rate is very reasonable. The gym equipment is exceptional. You can't go wrong with hammer strength and there is so much variety here! Thoroughly recommended!

Experiência fantástica: Visited this fitness club today after meaning to visit for a while! The facilities are great, much better than a hotel gym. I used both the cardio area and weights section, they are separate from each other. Out of the two, the weights section is much more extensive and has a vast array of space and machines. The staff were very helpful and I was supplied with a free towel for my visit. I would definitely recommend to other fitness partakers.

Experiência fantástica: Participei de uma temporada com a treinar com eles, são muito fixes, o ginásio tem espaço, muitas máquinas, muita variedade, vale a pena pois não fica a esperar os outros terminar séries pela grande quantidade de máquinas, pena ficar longe de onde vivo hoje.
