Experiência fantástica: Very good!! Teacher is super nice and thecnical, she always brings new exercises, so it never gets boring and all the equipments on the studio are the highest level I saw around. I enjoyed a lot my classes, Tamar (the teacher) is amazing !

Normally after several weeks of surfing I always had severe pain in my disc and back - with Pilates I can now surf with almost no discomfort. Thank you Tamar, thank you Pilates!
