Experiência fantástica: We’ve found Nuno randomly while looking for a surf teacher. We felt really lucky to meet him, he’s a great teacher ! Always willing to help, give the right advice to improve, adapt the training according to your level and bring you to the right surfing spots based on the ocean conditions. Since we went in Portugal out of the seasons, we could really adapt the time of our lessons with Nuno based on our schedules. Everything felt so easy ! We definitely will come back in autumn if we can ! On the top of that, we’ve finished the week with an osteopath appointment. And again, it was really nice and helpful. He did a full body check-up, helped me with the areas that were in pain and took the time to show me different exercises to improve my posture and avoid injury. Experiência fantástica: I wish to recommend Seacastle Fitness and Wellness Center, Consolação. I first attended with a shoulder injury. I had been in constant pain for several months but following 5 treatments in Seacastle the pain had diminished considerably and I regained nearly full range of movement. Nuno is an experienced, professional and compassionate therapist. His studio and treatment rooms are surgically clean and I feel very safe attending there. He also speaks excellent English, which as a foreigner I find very helpful. I cannot recommend Seacastle too highly. I am now attending fitness classes and Nuno is an excellent personal trainer, patient and encouraging while enabling me to reach my goals.

Experiência negativa: Renting from a scammer. Very poor quality equipment that breaks with one wave. Trying to rip off tourists at all costs. Never seen anything like this with a surf rental. Stay away!
