Experiência fantástica: Just been to a wonderful Yoga class with the very warm, friendly and welcoming Sol. A beautiful studio fully equipped with all the necessary props. Sols teaching was very clear and concise with excellent demonstrations and corrections when needed. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and fully stretched! I'd highly recommend a visit to Sol Viegas Iyengar studio. I'll definitely be back! Thank you Sol

Experiência fantástica: El mejor Estúdio de yoga Iyengar del Algarve. La professora Sol és muy experiente, enseña en inglês, português y español. Las clases son adaptadas a todos los niveles y condiciones. El estúdio tiene una ótima localizacion, está completamente equipado com todo el material iyengar y es muy fácil para aparcar. Perfecto para hacer clases regulares o para una práctica en las vacaciones. Además te puedes da un masaje (con reserva previa). Lo recomiendo!

Experiência fantástica: O Yoga da Sol é fantástico! Como profissional de saúde, na minha opinião este yoga é uma prática que respeita uma abordagem de globalidade do corpo... é mais do que uma prática física, é uma terapia onde sentimos que reequilibra o corpo físico, a mente e inclusivé impacta nos nossos órgãos internos de forma positiva e curativa. É a minha sugestão a pacientes que queiram dar continuidade ao meu trabalho em consulta. Obrigada Sol, sinto-me tão bem quando saio das tuas aulas. E o espaço está acolhedor e super bem equipado.

Experiência fantástica: My family and I came to the studio during our stay and we all had the best experience. My mum, sister and I did a BRILLIANT class, while my dad had “the best massage ever”. In the yoga class, Sol took the time to clearly explain the poses, while individually helping our posture was correct at all times. It was a great workout and we all learnt so much. Sol is incredibly patient and makes the class fun and engaging so I couldn’t recommend the experience enough. The studio is lovely, with a great atmosphere and facilities. We will definitely be back next year. I will also try to join the yoga classes via zoom from London!

Experiência fantástica: I had a fabulous experience here! Everything is at full measure! The space, props, atmosphere & especially the teaching. Sol is easy to follow, very knowledgeable, able to teach a variety of abilities within a strong class & different languages. She is also very generous with her time at a very fair price. I was in the area for a few days looking to strengthen my practice & spent two mornings here before I ran out of time. I will be looking to return for one of her retreats.

Her great communication made it easy to set up the appointment and find the studio. The massage itself was amazing! Overall, she provided a much appreciated moment of solitude and relaxation . Experiência fantástica: Sol's studio is very welcoming. It is very well equipped and always clean. Classes are available for yoga students of all levels. Sol is an excellent teacher and there are other teachers have classes there too. I have attended excellent workshops here many taught by senior and very experienced yoga teachers. Sol also takes 1 to 1 sessions. She is a highly skilled teacher with a great sense of humour and she gives all students her attention. Studio is located convenient to many resorts and is easy to find for those new visitors. I love it.

Experiência fantástica: I had a 90min Ayurveda massage with Sol and it was excellent - I felt so relaxed afterwards and the whole experience was peaceful and restorative. Exactly what was needed ☺️ I've also been to a few yoga classes at the studio and the whole place has a very special atmosphere.

Experiência fantástica: Ich liebe die Yoga-Stunden bei Sol und freue mich immer sehr darauf. Sie hat eine sehr angenehme, positive Art und erläutert, demonstriert jede Asana ganz ausführlich. Sie ist ja so beweglich! Nach den Stunden fühle ich mich ganz entspannt, gedehnt, aber auch stolz, da ich in Positionen gehe, die ich mir sonst nicht zugetraut hätte. Ich kann Sol nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und möchte mich hier ganz herzlich bei ihr bedanken :-)

She explains every pose so well, how every inch of your body should be feeling during the movements. She inspires you to be and feel the best. Also her massage therapists are wonderful, truly leave you feeling at peace. Highly recommended!

Experiência fantástica: Como professora de Yoga, frequentar as aulas da Sol tem sido uma boa oportunidade para solidificar algum conhecimento e aprender maneiras novas de abordar o ensino desta prática. A Sol é uma professora excelente e os muitos anos de experiência reflectem-se na qualidade das suas aulas. Tenho aprendido muito e por isso é sempre um momento enriquecedor na minha semana. O estúdio em si é espectacular, completamente preparado para a prática de Iyengar Yoga. Não podia recomendar mais as aulas da Sol!

Experiência fantástica: Sol is an exceptional teacher! Her classes always teach me something different and something new. I feel like however much experience I have, Sol will always show me that there is an array of things left to learn. She has got a vast knowledge of the body and spots even the tiniest misalignments. For a person like myself (hypermobile) this is very important and I have learned so much about alignment and my body in her classes. Even when I go to a different yoga class these days I remember the things I learned through her teaching and can incorporate it into any style of yoga. I feel like her teaching is both a very good basic knowledge course for beginners but also always helps people that have been practicing for many years to improve. Also she always has an open ear for questions, knows her students body patterns very well and runs excellent workshops at her studio. I wouldn’t want to be without her again. In Sol I have found a teacher for life!

I also did pregnancy yoga with her during 2 of my pregnancies and always felt very safe. And you can drop in or buy a pack of classes which allows a lot of flexibility. Definitely recommend
