Experiência fantástica: Firstly, in a situation of greater importance, I would like to highlight 2 employees for their excellent work and professionalism, I focused on this issue in the first place since most of the criticisms involve sending down the staff, which made me feel more attentive to it, and realize that after all, the staff is very good. So here's the due recognition. I will withhold the last name for staff privacy reasons. David - This young man was impeccable in every way. Careful, attentive and very hardworking. Don't let him get away. Where it shone the most was in the cocktails at the bar. Ângela - The wonderful receptionist who solves everything with a smile. This is not a podium, everyone else is to be congratulated. From the short breakfast girl to the recession boy who guided me at night to enjoy a cigar. I must say that there was not a single employee who left something to be desired, contrary to what you read here, but I understand that each one will have their individual experience, and I respect that. Rooms - Five stars. The TV is fantastic, and so is the giant bed. As you can see from the photos, the entire room says "Welcome" visually. Cleaning - Perfect, the cleaning girls are to be congratulated! Amenities - The Septimo room is excellent for people who, like me, enjoy a good cigar and can enjoy it in a calm and peaceful environment. Cinema - Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to try the room, but from what we saw it seems to be very comfortable, and it's always a good addition. Breakfast - Variety, quality, very good. I like the fact that it has a terrace, it's a nice and friendly touch for smokers who need a cigarette with their coffee. Pool - Fantastic. On the first night I attended the maintenance of it. Lounge - Excellent space to rest a little. Location - Very close to the beach, but far enough away to be a quiet area. Amenities - I enjoyed being welcomed with all the pampering that the hotel has. Constructive criticism: 1. It should be a little more obvious whether the coffee, tea, etc provided in the room are complimentary or extra (I learned later in the recession that they are deals). 2. The Lounge should have a small common area a little more dedicated to the bar. 3. A net to protect stray balls from the volleyball zone was not a bad idea. 4. The curtains in the rooms sometimes didn't cooperate. Perhaps a curtain rod would help to handle them more easily. 5. I felt a certain lack of staff, especially in high season. I know there is a manpower crisis in the hospitality industry right now, but overworking good employees will lead to the loss of them sooner or later.

Experiência fantástica: The Hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, but within a 10-minute walk, we have several restaurants and leisure areas. The Casino is a 3-minute drive away. The Hotel provides plenty of parking spaces, very spacious suites and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is quite good, it could perhaps have more variety in the fruit, but it's not bad. The decoration of the entire hotel is very beautiful and well cared for, the only downside is the soundproofing of the rooms. I could hear people talking in the next room and it didn't even sound like they were "screaming". It is certainly a place to return to.

The hotel restaurant is great and is within the normal price, nothing exaggerated for such a good restaurant (Italian). The only downside is that they take a long time to clean the rooms, but if they spend all day outside the hotel, there is no problem.

Experiência positiva: A minha estadia foi em Setembro de 2020, só agora é que escrevi esta critica. Gostei: - Parque de estacionamento enorme; - Piscina com tamanho jeitoso; - Sala de cinema (mas só transmite canais de TV); - Sala com jogos de tabuleiro para passar o tempo; - Suite com imenso espaço; - Cama enorme e super confortável; - TV's enormes (a suite possui 2 TV's), com muitos canais; - WI-FI funcionou muito bem, mesmo na área da piscina; - Variedade de produtos ao pequeno almoço (incluindo frutos secos); - As mini bolas de berlin ao pequeno almoço são deliciosas, muito fofinhas. - Possibilidade de usar a piscina e parque de estacionamento, mesmo depois de fazer Check-out; - Oferta de garrafa de água no quarto; - Chinelos e roupões disponíveis na suite; - Funcionários no geral, simpáticos; - Espaços comuns muito confortáveis; - Perto da praia; - Bonitas vistas sobre o palácio que fica ao lado; - Pequeno almoço com hora marcada para evitar muita gente no refeitório, derivado aos tempos de hoje. Não gostei: · Para um hotel que ostenta o selo "Clean & safe", deixou muito a desejar na minha opinião, a começar no dia que fiz Check-in, ao chegar ao quarto deparamos com migalhas no chão e num "sofá" (não sei o nome correcto daquilo), na sanita (isso não avisei na recepção), tinha uma mancha de algo na tampa onde nos sentamos, como levei toalhitas desinfectantes connosco, usei uma para limpar, por tanto a limpeza foi deficiente. Lá se vai o "clean" do selo... Obviamente que depois fiquei a pensar se a demais limpeza, troca de lençóis, desinfecção de superfícies, etc, tinham sido realizada, por tanto, fiquei inseguro quanto ao estado do quarto, lá se vai o "safe". Depois de avisar na recepção, foram aspirar o quarto enquanto usufruía da piscina. Depois da piscina e como já referi que não me sentia totalmente seguro naquele quarto, pedi se era possível trocar de quarto, infelizmente para mim, aparentemente o hotel estava cheio, não foi possível efectuar a troca. Acho que nos tempos de hoje, quando uma empresa ostenta um selo que transmite confiança ao cliente, têm de ser exigentes na limpeza, as funcionárias da limpeza não deveriam usar o telemóvel para andar na conversa "na hora do patrão", porque depois existem falhas como aconteceu. Deveriam de reforçar as equipas de limpeza e "andar mais em cima" para ver se são compridas as normas de limpeza e higiene. - As cortinas não bloqueiam completamente a luz ao amanhecer; - Não repõem álcool gel nos distribuidores; - Bar da piscina não serve snacks (por exemplo tosta mista) depois da cozinha fechar, eram +/- 17h30. A minha pontuação é derivado à falha na limpeza, que como referi hoje em dia é muito importante, senão dava mais pontuação.

Experiência fantástica: A 5 minute walk from the beach, which helps on days when the wind and clouds lodge by the sea. All the staff (reception, cleaning, cafeteria and restaurant) were very helpful and attentive, showing a friendly friendliness. Very modern spacious rooms, with architecture and simplistic design making them extremely suitable for this phase in which cleaning and disinfection are imperative. We were looking forward to the breakfast service as it seemed to be a considerable amount of total, however, we quickly realized that the quality of the products, the required hygiene and the individualized service demonstrated justified the value, so we recommend it. The availability of bicycles for the use of customers helps to complete a comfortable and welcoming stay. The overall assessment is very positive, so we highly recommend it.

Experiência fantástica: We were from September 31 to 4. THE HOTEL The appearance of the hotel is excellent, all parking is free and open air, one in the front of the hotel, next to the entrance to the reception and another in the back that can be accessed through a secure door directly to the room area, which facilitates the way to unload luggage. The owner was very calm, without crowds, with an excellent temperature in the common areas and excellent cleaning. There are several spaces with sofas to rest or be quietly watching the little ones while they play in the Games Room. It has a games room with enough things for them to be entertained for a while, it is not very big but when we were there my two children were alone. Perhaps there can be 4 or 5 children playing at the same time without problems. There is also a cinema room with double armchairs / sofa (fits one adult and one child, with a projector. The dining room has a very nice open space and there is a terrace with artificial grass attached to it. The distance from the hotel to the beach is good, we went with 2 children of 3 and 5 years old. There is almost more distance from the boardwalk to the shore :) SWIMMING POOL: It is very good, with a depth of a few centimeters at the beginning (ideal for babies or little ones) that increases to 1.85. There is an annexed Jacuzzi (not heated) and sun loungers with umbrellas and tables around the perimeter. Annex there is a lawn area with several sofas and a volleyball net. It has a restaurant with a snack bar where we found the prices somewhat excessive and we did not consume. In the back of this there are toilets for men and women with a shower. FOOD: We took bed and breakfast so we only tried that but both the variety and especially the quality of the products we loved. There are toasting and waffle / waffle maker, salty (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, ...), cut fruit, yogurts, cereals, all kinds of pastries, pancakes, crepes, ... and the coffee machine is a Nesspreso with a variety of capsules and especially with many kinds of coffee (cappuccino, cold cappuccino, with foam, ....) a delight. BEDROOMS Our room was one of the firsts on the second floor and it was perfect. It has a small living room at the entrance with a sofa bed and TV, a fridge with a mini bar (with cost) and a Nesspreso machine with several capsules (free) and a water heater. Between this living room and the bedroom is the bathroom, with bidet and shower (with 2 shower modes). The amenities are very good: shaving machine with cream, toothbrush and paste, shoe sponge, makeup removal set, etc ... The gel, shampoo and moisturizer are presented in plastic bottles with dispensers, very comfortable and beautiful .The bathroom has a led light in the mirror, ideal to go to the toilet at night without disturbing and another more powerful light. The room has a door (with a key that separates the two rooms and gives privacy). In our case it was a 2 meter by 2 meter camba with a super comfortable Quebec model Pikolin mattress. You have 2 pillows to choose from, a bluetooth alarm clock (jbl horizon with 2 usb for charging mobile phones, batteries, etc), bedside tables with adjustable reading light (flexo type). The TV has multiple channels and is about 40 inches. There are two chairs, another floor lamp, a desk with two drawers and a terrace with a table and chair that overlooks the pool. The closet is spacious, with an interior light, a safe and a large hair dryer with 3 speeds and 3 temperatures that you can plug in anywhere. HOTEL STAFF The treatment of all the hotel staff is unbeatable, they made us feel at home at all times, providing facilities for everything, recommending where to eat or what to see in Figueira and surroundings. This is the summary of our experience, it seems that the hotel was brand new and that may influence but it has been unbeatable. As a comment I would ask that they put bins both inside the hotel and in the pool area because there are none.

Experiência fantástica: Malibu Foz Hotel is a lovely hotel that provides a great balance between sea and mountain. It’s less than 10 minutes walking to the beach area turning it into a the perfect option if you are looking for a quiet and replaxing place to stay that is still walking distance to the town center and the beach. We stayed there during our trip to the region and we had a great time. Our room had a view over the pool and the bar and lounge area are perfect to relax when you are not enjoying the swimming pool. The breakfast has a lot of options and is served until 10:30. We had dinner at Mensa, the hotel restaurant and we loved it so much that we came back on our second night. Highly recommended

Close to the beach, but far enough away to not feel too much wind. Breakfast with very good quality and variety of products. Super attentive staff and very efficient cleaning services. The bikes available are an excellent alternative to get to know the city on a grayer day. Small details like a coffee machine, bathrobes and water always available in the room make the difference.

A mini cinema, a kids playroom, restaurant, pool, volleyball court, seminar room, rooftop access for private parties, bikes and more! Highly recommend booking your stay here every summer! The new reconstruction and renovation is outstanding!
