Experiência fantástica: Fui a crosffit a probar unas clases y gracias al profe Rafa estuve yendo 3 meses mientras estuve en lagos, las clases son geniales y Rafa esta atento a todos los detalles y para que hagas bien los ejercicios sin lastimarte. La verdad que lo recomiendo al 100%

Experiência negativa: Trainig war in Ordnung, jedoch nach der Begegnung mit dem Trainer, der bodenlos unfreundlich und unberechtigt aggressiv war es eine sehr unangenehme Situation, weil der trainier uns die ganze Zeit beobachtet hat und man nicht in Ruhe trainieren konnte

Experiência positiva: Visited the CrossFit Box there with a friend. Had a very mediocre experience. Dangerous running lap over streets and freeway bridges, Coach introduced himself and the workout, then never looked up from his phone for the whole 30 Minute Workout, would not visit again.

Experiência fantástica: This is a great community athletic facility. It’s a bit worn but that’s because it’s heavily used. I bought a monthly membership for the pool and gym. Staff are friendly, helpful, and speak English. The workout gym is small but filled with good equipment and has a great outside view. My membership came with a trainer for the weight room. The lap pool is busy but lane etiquette is followed. They use a lot of chlorine! The water temperature is perfect. The locker room and shower area is large and semi-clean. Lots of hot water for showers. Lockers are clean. Bring your own lock! You have to have a towel for the gym and a Lycra swim suit and cap for the pool! They are serious about this! There’s also a cafe upstairs. I enjoy seeing all the various activities going on; swimming lessons, scuba lessons, aquatic gymnastics and training. I’ve always enjoyed being in a gym/pool complex. People staying healthy.

Experiência positiva: The gym is very clean, well equipped and there is always a coach around. The CrossFit box is small, but big enough for the group. The only thing I miss here is the focus on technique. WODs are great!

Experiência fantástica: Staff are all extremely friendly and willing to help, making communication very easy. It's the perfect place to go swimming; the pool is perfect, changing rooms exceptionally clean and swimming instructors very knowledgeable.

Experiência positiva: The location of the pin is not correct, should be the other side of the road. OT: Been going to this Crossfit box for a couple weeks now, nice little box with moderate level workouts. Trainers are pleasant and proffesional. Price for a single class is 10 euros, subscribtions (month/ half month) are relatively cheap.

Experiência positiva: Municipal fitness centre featuring a gym, swimming pools, fitness classes and a cross fit box. Staff are warm and helpful, and customers can choose between a gym-only option, gym with pool, or gym with pool and fitness classes. The options are affordable and can be purchased on a monthly basis without having to commit to an annual package.

Experiência positiva: Very small, and no proper racks for squatting/benching. Also you have to book online and pre-register to drop in, which isn't very clear. That being said the facility is really nice, clean and cozy. The coaches were really friendly and the drop in fee was only 10 euro! Would recommend

Experiência fantástica: Great facilities, super helpful trainers, great vibe overall. It was the first time I tried Crossfit and I really enjoyed working out here. On top of that the facility has a great swimming pool.

Experiência positiva: 8 lanes, 25 m, for swimming and a big, warmer, pool for relaxing. The later has 2 jetstreams and a big jacuzzi-area. A fully equipped gym in another part of the building. Good lockerrooms and plenty of showers. Both with, or without doors. They have several classes. If you are disabled you can go in one of the pools by wheelchair. The only thing I miss is a sauna.

Experiência positiva: The staff at Lagos Em Forma are very helpful..I slipped in the change room and bumped my head hard..Fabio and a lady who assisted me were so kind and concerned..helped me get over the shock of landing like a bag of batatas! And the reception staff are great too. I have twice lost an item there and both times retrieved it from their safekeeping..properly recorded and numbered..wow! I love working out on my own in the water and no one ever interferes with me except to say hallo! Battle to get my tootch there but when I do I am pleased that I am there..feels good.

Experiência positiva: To call this “CrossFit Lagos” does the reader a disservice. This is the Lagos Municipal Athletic facility. Yes, It has a CrossFit feature. It also has a full range of classes, weight facility, swimming pools, Pilates, Zumba, Therapy pools a Dr. a spa, a snack shop. The proper name of the facility is Complexo Desportivo De Lagos. Fees are 15 Euro annual insurance. 33 Euro/mo. For the gym alone. 23 Euro/mo. For the pools alone. 39 Euros/mo for the Gym and Pools or 47.50 Euros a month for all-you-can eat CrossFit classes, pool and Gym. The facility is modern, clean, well staffed and has abundant parking.

Experiência positiva: We hebben daar CrossFit gedaan. Was leuk. Kleine box, met vooral toeristen. Trainer was niet echt welbespraakt, keek tijdens de training ook wat te vaak op zijn mobiel. De WOD was zwaar en fijn en daar kwamen we voor.

Experiência positiva: Fui levar o meu neto para aula de natação. A água das piscinas estava fria e desconfortável para as crianças. O monitor João sem capacidade para dinamizar e entusiasmar os petizes... acaba por chamar os adultos acompanhantes para retirarem as crianças menos entrosadas... e foram pelo menos 4 (quatro). Paga-se e não há retorno com qualidade. Se o professor tem falta de experiência ttoquem por outro... estamos a tentar motivar crianças para não terem medo da água... Decepcionante...

Experiência fantástica: Ich war hier bereits vor etwa 10 Jahren trainieren und damals bestand das Fitnessstudio aus einem kleinen Raum mit wenigen Geräten. Inzwischen (Stand heute) wurde das Studio ausgebaut und verfügt über ausreichend viele und vor allem moderne Geräte. Bis zu zwei Tage trainieren ist ohne Versicherung und für lediglich 5 Euro am Tag möglich. Mir reichte der Fitnessstudiobereich, aber man kann an diesen Tagen auch das Schwimmbad und Kurse besuchen. Für 5 Euro am Tag daher wirklich gut.

Experiência fantástica: Muito acolhedor! Inscrevi-me pela primeira vez num ginásio e estou feliz por ter sido este. A mensalidade é bastante acessível a qualquer pessoa, o espaço é limpo, amplo e dispõe de diversas máquinas para trabalharmos o corpo. Não me arrependo e recomendo!

Para além de se poder realizar uma série de atividades relacionadas com desportos aquáticos também é possível tomar o pequeno almoço numa cafetaria. Não sei se o acesso para pessoas com deficiências motoras é possível, visto que apenas conheço um acesso por escadarias ao estabelecimento.
