Experiência fantástica: My daughters and I attended the English speaking Yin yoga which was led by Marta. We arrived a bit early and she graciously welcomed us into the studio. She had hot tea brewed and offered us some prior to class. The studio itself is warm and inviting. The yoga room was equally fine; no mirrors which I appreciate. All the tools for the class are available at no additional cost. Well worth the 14 euros.

I appreciated the care and effort she put into making sure everyone was okay and getting the most out of the class, always providing the basic moves first before providing more complicated variations. It made it easier for me to follow the class and not feel out of space or not qualified enough. Thank you !

Experiência fantástica: I took a gentle flow class with Alejandra and from the moment I arrived I felt so comfortable and welcomed! Alejandra was really supportive and soothing throughout the whole practice and I felt really calm. The studio provides all props you can imagine and it is extremely cozy - serving tea and water as well! It was an amazing experience and the perfect way to start my week!

Experiência fantástica: I took a morning flow with Marta and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. Tea, water and cookies are offered in the lobby before and after class and there are comfortable places to sit. All props including the mat are supplied, the studio space is dimly lit (which I love) and … cozy! I felt that Marta was attuned to the energies of the students and was teaching the class from a very present and grounded place. Her energy was contagious and her class sequence was the perfect difficulty and pace. I had just finished hiking the Camino Frances and hadn’t been to a proper yoga class in over 5 weeks and this was a breath of fresh air for my body, mind and heart. I only wish the owner’s dog had been around so I could have said hello ;) Thank you, Marta!

Experiência fantástica: My wife and I loved our class with Marta! The studio was very welcoming and it was a great intermediate class that had a lot of creative sequences. We appreciated that the studio supplied the mats, blankets, blocks, etc. We would definitely recommend and go again the next time we are in Porto.

Experiência fantástica: Honestly the first time in my life I wish I could give 6 stars. Lauren and Mason manage to create an amazing atmosphere, where everybody is welcome and they are truly the nicest people I have ever met. The yoga classes are amazing and they also have a lot of other activities they offer in the studio. Unfortunately I could only attend for 3 months but I already felt so much better and noticed some progress and therefore I can and will recommend this studio to EVERYONE. Thank you so so much for this amazing time and lots of love to you

Experiência fantástica: I was here yesterday. Absolute great yoga lesson. The place is very cozy and the staff was very helpful. You have changing rooms, yoga mats & blocks, water, tea. The instructor was great, he took the time and guided all of us. Very friendly staff and I would highly recommend this yoga institute to anyone.

They've created such a welcoming & peaceful atmosphere there, the interior is beautiful and the teachers & classes are so lovely. There are always cookies, water & tea waiting for you after each class, plus friendly greetings from a very sweet doggo. Such a relaxing space that made me feel at home in Porto, I'll miss it a lot and I can't wait to go again when I next visit!

Experiência fantástica: Cozy has created such a wonderful and welcoming community! I was fortunate to visit during my trip and definitely recommend checking them out! The class I took was fun, challenging, and most of all, playful - I love how the opportunities to grow through play were integrated into class. Lauren and Mason are fantastic, but doggie cuddles and cookies after class might top the list! :)

Experiência negativa: Für alle die Yoga eher als Sport/Workout machen und weniger Wert auf den spirituellen/mentalen Anteil legen, ist das Studio vielleicht ein Besuch wert. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass es kaum erklärende Worte gibt und nicht nach körperlichen Einschränkungen oder Verletzungen gefragt wird. Das ist ok, wenn die geplanten Asanas nicht sehr anspruchsvoll ist und man sicher weiß, dass keine Anfänger dabei sind, aber nicht, wenn danach quasi nur Arm Balance Übungen kommen und keine Alternativen angeboten worden. Da Yoga für mich mehr ist, als einfach nur Kraftübungen, war die Stunde leider nichts. Zudem ist der Yoga Raum nicht gut gelüftet und es riecht muffig/feucht - also nichts für sensible Nasen. Mason hat sich dennoch, für alle, die diese Art Yoga lieben, viel Mühe gegebenen und ist sehr offen/freundlich.

Teached simultaneously in english and portuguese and also ready for online connection with live classes, is available for everyone! The studio is very new, perfectly conditioned and with nice collaborations with local producers of related yoga, decoration, and clothes items in the shop space. And after class you get the most amazing cookies ever!
