There's a number of different yoga classes like dynamic vinyasa, hatha, yin, and ashtanga. No matter what mood you're in. Their weekend workshops add a whole new layer of spiritual and holistic exploration. I had the joy of participating in a cacao moon circle, and it was a beautiful, grounding experience. The owner, Grecia, and all the teachers radiate passion and love for yoga, which truly unites us as a community. We even hanged out on coworking Wednesdays and grabbed lunch together. The studio itself is filled with great energy and coziness. If you're looking for a yoga studio that cares and connects, come to Casa Amar. It's a breath of fresh air for the mind, body, and soul.

Knowing that I had challenged and nourished myself. I highly recommend her classes and the space and will definately be back when I'm next in Costa de Caparica. Thank you for creating this beautiful heart felt space and haven and sharing your passion through yoga and all the love and energy that went into creating the space. It is an international sanctuary, predominantly embraced by women but with open arms to men as well, where an enchanting atmosphere prevails. It is a haven for healing and discovering profound, nurturing friendships. Within its embrace, you'll find a plethora of diverse yoga practices and an array of other activities. I wholeheartedly endorse it with a resounding 200%!

Experiência fantástica: I took 4 different classes with 4 different instructors and they all exceeded my expectations. Not that I should have an expectation when coming to classes, but the studio, along with the teachers and the dynamics of the classes were always a great combination of flow, music and intention! Perfect guidance and ambiance too! I highly recommend this space, definitely worth checking it out if you are in the area!

The space is beautiful, very close to the beach and it has a light and sweet feeling to it! Worth trying their offerings and experience the space for yourself.

Because I felt so comfortable and got the Energy to DO something for myself. Grecia the owner of that place is a wonderful person who spreads a lot of positive and peaceful Energy. She welcomed me like a local and from the first second I felt very comfortable! I also could experience self made Pizza by her and her Boyfriend! So yummy with ingredients from their own Garden! Experiência fantástica: What an amazing place! Grécia, the owner, is a soul you need in your life. She spreads love, peace, and a lot of positive energy. I went to her yoga class with terrible muscular spasms in my upper and lower back. Initially, I was a bit worried, because in the past yoga made my pain worse. This was a completely different experience! Her kind and gentle guidance made me feel safe and supported and breath work during the lesson released all stress. After the class, I felt immediate physical and mental relief and my pain disappeared the day after. Besides, the space is gorgeous with little details that remind you of home. I can see she poured her heart into this. I can't thank you enough, Grécia!

Experiência fantástica: I had one of the best ecstatic dance of my life! Grecia and Sophie were really good guides throughout the whole process, from breathwork, meditation and mindful movement. The selection of the DJs was amazing. And the cherry on top: the sound healing journey at the end. I enjoyed it so much and I had a profound inner and I was able to tap inward into my body very easily. I’m just sad that I couldn’t stay longer for the gathering after the event! But I hope they will organize something similar soon
