Experiência fantástica: I went for lymphatic drainage and Dani was wonderful. I felt so much better afterwards mentally and physically. I'm going to take other appointments to see the long-term effects of the lymphatic drainage. But I highly recommend you go there, it's a real moment for yourself

Experiência fantástica: I went to Alma for a Hatha yoga class and I really loved the space and the class. They provide with mats and blocks so you only need to worry about your practice. The class was affordable to all levels what I think is very convenient, if you look for a more deep practice maybe it will be a bit light. Unfortunately the cafeteria was closed in that moment but it seams a nice space to have a nice time having a drink.

Experiência fantástica: Went to yoga today at Alma in Baleal- beautiful space, lots of natural light, and loosened me up nicely for surfing. The teacher Cecilia was fantastic as well! Very knowledgeable and passionate about the practice. Great job Alma!
