Organic Flow Studio

Welcome! Studio Organic Flow is located in Campo de Ourique, just above Estrela Park, 10 mns from walk to Rato Metro Station. It's a bright, large but intimate yoga space to practice Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga and other movement based practices, in collective classes and private classes. Classes in English, Portuguese and French according to the classes you choose. Hosting other activities related to health and well-being like shiatsu. The Studio generally opens 10 to 15 mns before each classes.
