Experiência fantástica: I live abroad but always pop in to off limits when I'm in Lisbon. They respond to emails very quickly and make it super simple to arrange. The coaches are very welcoming and always translate things to english (which my non-portuguese partner really appreciates).

Experiência fantástica: I’ve really enjoyed training at this gym, especially with the 8:30am group. The coaches teach good technic and are very friendly and welcoming, as everyone else there. I couldn’t have found a better place to train.

Experiência fantástica: It was one of my best decisions to start practicing crossfit, it took me three years to find space at my agenda to do so. Finally i made it and i was lucky enough to start at the best box in Lisbon. Off limits crossfit has very good location, equiment and a bunch of good coaches who push hard for us and teach us the right movements. I am ending the first month and couldnt be happier. Experiência fantástica: Very nice box or we went to perform the 19.3. It is located just 2km from the center of Alto bairo to go there uber there are four. You can get there by bus too. The owner is very welcoming as well as its members. I recommend if you want to drop in during your vacation.
