Experiência fantástica: “I have been attending Devy’s yoga class at least twice a week for more than 2 years and I always enjoy! The classes are very complete (breathing, postures, relaxation). She always pays attention to everyone and gives options to practice at different levels. She explains the postures and corrects them in a very caring way. I also attended her retreat last year near Lisbon and it was very well planned. I definitely recommend her classes !!

Experiência fantástica: I participated in Devy's 3 day yoga retreat in March 2024 and it was nothing short of amazing. For most of us this was our first retreat of this kind and Devy took special care to ensure we were all comfortable and had an inclusive experience. She led 4 varied yoga classes, had a chef lead us in a cooking class, brought in an art teacher to lead a watercolor workshop and organized an incredible evening sound healing session. No details were overlooked and I'm excited to attend the next retreat with her!

She tailored her one on one sessions directly to my needs and abilities. Since then she's begun a class for those of us over 50 to work on balance, flexibility, core strength and mobility. Devy freely shares her expertise and enables each member of the class to work within their abilities. I highly recommend working with Devy, whether one on one or in a group setting.

Experiência fantástica: Each of Devy’s classes are for me a truly resourcing moment. She has a real talent, in feeling the atmosphere and proposing the right exercise. The music is terrific. When her classes end, I feel so much better, super relaxed and present. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those - like me - with a super busy life that they sometimes don’t have time to appreciate as much as they would like to.

Experiência fantástica: I have attended Devy's online prenatal classes throughout my pregnancy and they have been a huge help! Her sessions are very clear, gentle, caring and suitable for all levels of practice, including beginners. Her exercices aimed at strengthening the pelvic floor, stretching the hips and improve breathing. I clearly noticed the beneficial effects on my sleep, back pain and ligaments. But above all, my body and mind were very well prepared for labour which was easy and fast. I recommend her class 200 % !
