Experiência positiva: I attended a Drop in Pole Fitness class. The trainer speaks English. They have a good online booking system for the different classes of pole, aerial and yoga ‍♀️, depending on your level and favourites. I liked it that they run morning classes. The studio is easy to find, the room is bright and spacious and clean and has lots of space between the 8ish poles. The one hour class starts with the regular warm up, then we practiced some moves which we combined within a short choreo in the end. The trainer was very hospitable, cheering and gave a lot of physical help and practical advice, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the price is unbearably compared to my regular studio back in Berlin. Can really recommend it. I love to check out different studios and experience new styles of yoga or pole on my holidays. It’s not only a great experience and exercise but also a very nice way to get the community known as well.

Experiência fantástica: I can't praise this studio enough, the teachers are wonderful, the studio itself is well equipped, so you can have pole and aerial hoop classes and the prices are fairly cheap for the experience that you get. Step by step, they'll teach you new ways to improve and challenge yourself, something that keeps me coming back every chance that I get. A definite must try in Porto!

Experiência fantástica: I really like the classes! I went first time because I was curious and I turned a big fan of pole dance! teachers are really good and we learn fast! It's easier to learn than it looks like and better than a gymn!!!

Experiência fantástica: I booked a begginer course for a group of 4 on a sunday, and it was awesome ! We had a lot of fun with Martha and learnt the basics. In 1h30 we could do a little (but impressive according to me) choregraphy. It is very fair priced as well, I strongly recommand !
