Experiência fantástica: Great gym for a serious lifter. First floor had some cardio equipment, next floor down has a ton of free weights and machines. Has an old school powerlifting vibe, not usually too crowded and decently large. 10 euros for a day pass is a solid deal.

Experiência fantástica: Best gym I found in Porto. Would benefit from an additional squat rack and a padded area for doing deadlifts as you cannot drop the bar on the floor due to potential noise complaints from residents nearby.

Experiência fantástica: On holidays and got a day pass for 10€ which is pretty reasonable. The weighs room had a massive amount of machines but only 1 basic squat rack and no where to do deadlifts. The staff were great and if I was back in Porto I would happily go again.

Experiência fantástica: FOX GYM !!! One of the best gyms in Porto, if not the best. The material is unbeatable: Hammer Strength machines, hexagonal dumbbells up to 50kg ... Variety of machinery such as Jaca, Free Squat, Bench Press, Chest press machines, openings ... Very familiar and friendly staff, good professionals. The day pass is € 10, not expensive if you really like to train well. It has been a pleasure, 100% recommended.
