Experiência fantástica: This crossfit box is located in a very nice spot in Gondomar/Valbom. A free trial is available. The monthly price is 47 euros if you go 3 times a week and 57 euros if you go every day. The classes start at 5AM. The box is quite complete and the classes vary daily to work on strength, mobility, cardio, etc. The coaches are very competent and there are also activities that are done outside the box.
