Experiência fantástica: I highly recommend Algarve Total Fitness. I did 2 drop ins in a week. I do CrossFit, and I was there to do open box. The place is very “clean”, with materials and stuff almost new. Also, Martyna (the owner) was very kind and helpful! I'll come back, for sure.

Experiência fantástica: Brilliant space, can go 24hrs (via access code), free weights, Olympic barbells, GHD, assault bike, bumpers, boxes and much more. Also a small shower room. Don’t hesitate to contact the owner if looking for a gym when in the Algarve!

Experiência fantástica: Since I discovered Algarve total fitness, there should be an important excuse not to attend my classes which I do 3-4 times a week. Thanks to a very knowledgeable and experienced coach Martyna and diverse equipment my workout schedule and plan go very smooth and the results are obvious for my goals. Martyna always listens and adjust the movements if I can’t do something because of my conditions. I strongly recommend Algarve Total Fitness if you are into physical and mental health , each individual can find the right classes what fits his needs or choose individual trainings. Experiência fantástica: ATF was exactly what I was looking for in a gym. The kit is top tier, it’s clean and I have an open membership, so I can use the gym at a time the suits me. I would highly recommend ATF if you live near Almancil or are over on holiday.

Martyna is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of training, and her sessions go above and beyond the normal - gym classes. They are enjoyable and the sessions are perfect for anyone looking to lose weight or increase their strength. The classes are extremely welcoming and friendly. She also offers an open gym alternative which is fantastic as she is fully equipped with all the best equipment, with enough for everyone to use. 5* for all aspects of this gym - I look forward to all my future sessions.

Experiência fantástica: I have been yesterday with my daughter to the gym and I must say it was amazing. For a very long time I did not feel so fit after just one group class. Martyna explain everything very well and we felt very welcome. We will be back regularly now and looking forward for our next push with Martyna. I can highly recommend Algarve Total Fitness!
