Experiência negativa: Péssimo atendimento, não estão minimamente preocupados com o cliente do outro lado. Realizei um telefonema no qual perguntei acerca de informações do ginásio (mensalidade/frequência de vezes incluídas por mensalidade e se havia alguma promoção de momento como inúmeros ginásios fazem). O homem que me atendeu respondeu em mau tom e de forma grosseira a afirmar que não precisam de nenhuma promoção que eram um ginásio de qualidade e que não me diria nenhuma mensalidade por telemóvel. Ainda acrescentou que se quisesse um ginásio barato que fosse ao ginásio mais abaixo da rua. Não me deu nenhuma informação e em mau tom reforçou a qualidade do ginásio inúmeras vezes sentido-se ofendido por perguntar aquelas simples perguntas. Volto a realçar que o tom da conversa foi completamente grosseiro. No final da chamada desligou o telemóvel na cara.

Experiência fantástica: I’m giving it 5 stars because Nuno is a great trainer —he is like the glue to the “community” because he is the cool dude but change the hours—open late weekdays and early Saturday like 7am. I tried Holmes in Gaia and amenities and space wise, this is not even at par but the owner can compensate for late hours during weekdays.
