Experiência fantástica: This is one of the highlights of my trip when I'm in Portugal. The gym is nice and clean, and full of quality equipment. The team is knowledgeable and respectful. I always get a great workout and learn something new. I love that I can always trust the other gyms and trainers João refers me to when I travel to other cities in Portugal. Experiência fantástica: Excellent gym. Coaches are very welcoming and clear with getting involved in the group. I was a novice boxer and was helped with technique and equipment requirement straight away to make me feel part of the gym. Being here has helped me get fitter over come self doubts and build my self confidence. The mirrors help!

Receber um “bom dia” alegre e bem disposto, corrigir a técnica aprendida, partilhar histórias e vivências, são coisas simples mas que também fazem parte de um desporto de combate, coisas de que também precisamos. Por isso estou muito grato a toda a equipa da Rounds, ao João, ao Barroso, ao Paulinho, e à Inês, por poder crescer/viver ao lado deles. Combinando esta parte humana ao boxe, à variedade de aulas, ao extenso plano de horários, à localização e à mensalidade, é um combo que põe qualquer um k.o. Não deixem passar ao menos a oportunidade de experimentar uma aula, sei que vão gostar.

Experiência fantástica: I love going here. I have never done boxing before but from the very first minute, the coaches & team have been nothing but supportive and amazing. The training is taken very seriously while being fun at the same time, and you learn a lot even in bigger classes. Experiência fantástica: I'm so happy I found Rounds, it's a fantastic boxing gym. The classes are varied & intense but always fun, and great for people with different levels of experience. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful with technique and very friendly. As a non-Portuguese speaker, I can always follow the classes, with the trainers explaining things in English as needed. Highly recommend!

Experiência fantástica: A great place to train not only because the instructors are amazing, but also for the atmosphere, which is so comprehensive that makes friendship and discipline come well along together. I have to admit that I am not a natural for boxing, but with discipline and training for condition, at Rounds Academy, you can do a pretty good job!

Experiência negativa: Classes are very average, not a lot of technique or complex combinations. After doing a few classes over the weekend, I arrived 2 minutes late today as I got lost. Im from Australia and it took me over an hour to walk there. When I arrived and explained - they wouldn’t let me train .. weird because over the weekend a few people turned up late and they let them in ..no problem whatsoever! They say they have their rules .. the bigger guy that I think is the owner is nice. The trainer on Tuesday morning is arrogant and rude .. walks around with attitude .. I’ve boxed all over the world ( London Australia Greece Mexico Panama Canada Turkey Kenya Indonesia Thailand Spain Tanzania Uganda Colombia Brazil USA and in my entire life I’ve never experienced this treatment ! I’m appalled and it’s disappointing ..it’s left a poor taste in my mouth ! You don’t treat clients and tourists like this.. It wasn’t a full class, only a few people .. he just wanted to exert some kind of unnecessary power. Not kind or nice.

Experiência fantástica: Treinadores e rececionista super simpáticos. Explicam bem os exercícios e estão disponíveis para ajudar quem tem dificuldades. Já cá estou cá há quase 6 anos e não trocaria esta academia por mais nenhuma.

Experiência fantástica: A very familiar atmosphere with a lot of respect and values. I had there the hardest training ever, like in a 30-minutes HIT boxingclass. And the tecnical training in boxing help me very fast to feel and see progress. The coaches help me always to motivate me to give more power and to learn More. It is very easy to take part in a class and try. All stuff speak english. So it works very well also without portuguese knowledge.
