Experiência fantástica: Great place to exercise! Very central, has lots of buses nearby and a small mall where you can have an athlete-appropriate meal pre or post training. The gym is small but has great conditions, very clean, good ambience, superb trainers and the staff is very nice! Great for both fitness buffs (great crossfit classes!) and fighters (check out KO Team). Highly recommend!
