The best time to go is in the morning, even when it opens. Avoid peak hours (at the end of the day). As it is on the Strada it has free parking which is fantastic.

Experiência fantástica: Óptimas instalações e PT's simpáticos. Boas aulas de grupo. Ginásio Low Cost, costumam ter boas promoções. Não tem piscina. A melhor hora para ir é de manhã, mesmo quando abre. Evitar as horas de ponta (ao final do dia). Como é no Strada tem estacionamento gratuito, o que é fantástico.
