Experiência positiva: Pros and cons 1 - The location: it’s very close to the bus station and the pier. 2 - View from rooftop: no matter you have breakfast in the morning, swim in the afternoon or have a drink in the evening, the view from the rooftop is definitely a bonus. 3 - Potato cakes served at breakfast: delicious! However, 4 - the orange juice at breakfast: too much sugar and flavouring essence. 5 - the pastry at breakfast: eh! 6 - shampoo, shower gel, conditioner: 3-in-1! 7 - the facilities in the room - need to be renovated… or at least painted 8 - the room is not sound-proofed, you can hear the other guests next door and in the corridor, and also the lively commercial street downstairs from the window. P.S. I might be too strict for the rating, however, this rating is based on the fact that this is a 4-star hotel and also on their offer. I feel sorry to say that the 2-star hotel I stayed in Lisbon actually won after the comparison of my experience…

Experiência negativa: Overall Very disappointing, the room was pleasant & bed very comfy and lovely harbour view, aircon was effective big only just. Felt totally let down by bad staff attitudes in reception and restaurant. Food at breakfast was cold every day which is so strange as many people state this in reviews but nothing changes, we asked a staff emoji said staff cook on mass when they come in in the morning! Photo of roof top pool Looked amazing, but pool really needs updating as looking very tired, when we arrived the water leave was so low it was difficult to get out of the pool, limited room around the edges. Pool bar drinks ok but nothing special, cocktails tasted odd with a taste of syrup and squash! There were current building works going on which looks like will be for several more months to complete, noisy on balcony even on level 3, we had a joinery call from jet 2 and despite being told it was a few days behind schedule it was a long way off!! would not stay here again.

Experiência positiva: When I first stayed at this hotel about five years ago, I was blown away by the stunning views of the Ria Formosa and the expansive rooftop area with its pool and bar. However, during my recent visit last month, I was somewhat disappointed. While the rooms are still nice, the rest of the hotel is clearly starting to show its age. Particularly the restaurant and rooftop bar, which are in serious need of repairs and updates. That said, the food and service remain excellent.

Experiência fantástica: Had a wonderful stay here back in May. The Hotel and staff were amazing. We had a lovely room overlooking the marina and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and the amazing storks nesting over Faro. The room was nice, airy and clean, with safe, minibar, coffee and tea. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from and topped up frequently. Wonderful views while having breakfast. Whilst we didn't eat in the restaurant we ate 4 times in the Adao steak house. The quality of food was fantastic (gorgeous mushroom sauce). Perfect cooked steak and burgers and the sweets were amazing. Service was impeccable. Loved the cocktail bar, very nice to have a selection of non alcoholic drinks, the staff were very attentive. Can't really fault the hotel at all. A few noisy guests late at night but you get that everywhere. Thanks for a wonderful time, can't wait to return.

Experiência negativa: Chambre 401, juste sous la terrasse du bar à cocktails. Du bruit de chaises et de table jusqu’à 3 heures du matin, sans compter les odeurs d’égouts qui sortent de la climatisation. Nous demandons un changement de chambre le personnel nous octroie le lendemain une nouvelle chambre identique en prestation et en manque de nettoyage. L’hôtel date des années 70, le mobilier a souffert semble t’il… La piscine sur le toit est magnifique mais vieillissante et mal entretenue. Heureusement les soirées du rooftop gomment ce défaut dommageable. Le buffet du restaurant Harune est sans saveur et peu fourni. Le steak house du rez de chaussée propose une bien meilleure cuisine mais alors attendre 30 minutes entre chaque plat est insupportable. Le personnel heureusement est sympathique. Pour nos normes Françaises les 4 étoiles et le prix payé n’est pas justifié

Where do I start?.. iv been looking forwards to this since I booked last August, seeing the pictures, it looks amazing.. seeing it in real life,when the taxi dropped us off... I was in awe!! Absolutely beautiful,bright welcoming, beautiful town,beautiful marina, interior. We were warmly welcomed by pleasant staff, we could leave our luggage, til check in time(room wasn't quite ready). Staff even let me use the bathroom on floor 0+?,to change into lighter,summer clothes (we arrived from Scotland). The room we had,was on the city side, amazing panoramic views,across the town, noisy at night though- to be expected, the hotel itself,was a little noisy at night(not sure are the rooms soundproof?) Anyway,that's only a minor criticism, the room was lovely,fresh,clean,( air con a wee bit noisy ),loved the "mini bar ".(fridge with some drinks). Room has a safe,if anyone requires one,.. Now, the restaurant, ot was an absolute delight/joy, to hear the fantastic pianist, Fernando, entertaining the guests every morning, I found,it made the beeskfast an even more relaxed atmosphere. And,What a View, across the marina!! Stunning! I was pleasantly surprised, on one morning, a gentleman was presenting all the women with a flower, and said " have a nice day ", I thought this was lovely and very 'touching'. The food was beautifully presented, lovely array of meats/cheeses, oh my word, the frittatta is fantastic!! Muito obrigadas!!, really tasty. I can't thank you all,enough for such a wonderful, comfortable experience of Faro, oh, i saw the rooftop pool,brought my swimsuit,but then I was too lazy to have a swim!. We asked,and staff arranged an airport transfer, back to faro airport,the day of leading. What a lovely,charming driver,we had, very chatty,pleasant. I think iv covered everything, so,thank you so,so much!, Muito obrigadas, for your hospitality your hotel us amazing keep up the good work,hope to see you all again!

Experiência negativa: schlimmstes hotel in dem ich je war. föhn funktioniert für 20sek. nach anrufen an der rezeption kam jemand, der meinte er wäre überhitzt nachdem er für 3 min an war. als er nach dem abkühlen wieder nur für eine minute anging haben wir wieder bei der rezeption angerufen. erst ging niemand ran, dann wurde aufgelegt. nach persönlichem beschweren wurden wir von der rezeption angerufen, und uns wurde schnippisch gesagt, wir müssen einfach warten. so hat haare föhnen, welches normal 20 min dauert, anderthalb stunden in kauf genommen….und das im urlaub. auf der rooftop bar wurde an allergiker falsches essen serviert. ich glaube das sagt schon alles. geschweige denn vom bad in den zimmern: abfluss locker, seifenspender defekt und dreckiger boden. wlan funktionierte auch nicht. frechheit

Experiência negativa: Fürs Zimmer bekommen haben wir über 1,5 Stunden gewartet, obwohl CheckIn ab 14:00 Uhr möglich war. Trotz der Wartezeit haben wir das letzte ranzigste Zimmer bekommen, wo man noch im Haus über drei Ecken laufen musste. Gereinigt wurde nur oberflächlich. Auch in den Zimmern sind Macken, Rost, Kalkflecken, Schimmel und Fingerabdrücke vorhanden. Für den angezeigten Preis ist dieses Hotel definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Experiência negativa: L’hôtel est très bien situé et le petit déjeuner qu’il propose était fort appréciable. La salle de sport offre une vue agréable sur le port. Toutefois, nous avons été déçus par notre séjour à Eva Sense. Il ne répond pas, selon nous, aux exigences d’un 4 étoiles. Nous avons en effet été très étonnés de voir que le mobilier de la chambre était très abîmé. La salle de bain n’était pas très propre (photos). Nous avons alors fait une réclamation et une nouvelle chambre nous a gentiment été attribuée par le réceptionniste. Là encore, les problèmes étaient malheureusement identiques avec, en plus, des draps tachés. C’est sans mentionner le service du ménage qui pénètre dans notre chambre à 11h30, sans même toquer à la porte, alors que nous devions rendre la chambre a 12h00.

Experiência fantástica: I wish to give a huge word of thanks to the staff of the hotel after a recent medical issue. I wish to especially mention Luana for her help, professionalism and promptness. Luana's help on the day no doubt aided rapid recovery and prevented the situation from deteriorating. She is a credit to the hotel and she is a credit to all young people. So to Luana I say Obrigada, thank you.

Experiência negativa: Unfortunately not as clean as expected and our room was not well kept. Best area is reception. Breakfast area is loud and hectic. Staff is not very welcoming.

Experiência positiva: Muy mejorable para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo mejor la atencion del personal y la ubicacion del hotel. Los ascensores son pequeños y estan siempre ocupados, disponte a esperar. La limpieza de la habitacion se refleja en las fotos y en el comentario de Booking que pusimos. Que el hotel se haya reformado hace 4/5 años no justifica la falta de higiene y el lamentable estado de conservacion del edificio. El inodoro de la habitacion 231 es movil... se mueve a voluntad propia. El buffet del desayuno mas que correcto, con muchas cosas y ricas todas, y ademas disfrutas de unas vistas excepcionales cuando desayunas. La cama es comoda, que es otro detalle a tener en cuenta. En resumen, tiene margen de mejora.

Experiência fantástica: Schönes Hotel direkt am Platz. Frühstück mit Meerblick und live Klaviermusik. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut. Schöner Urlaub!

The breakfast was delicious with lot of options. Unfortunately couldn’t go in the pool as it was closed due to the off season.

I want to particularly highlight the stage presence, positive attitude, and exceptional talent of the pianist, who turned every breakfast into a special moment. Experiência positiva: Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Marina im Stadtzentrum. Der Bahnhof ist fünf Minuten entfernt, der Busbahnhof direkt daneben. Die Altstadt mit Ihren zahlreichen Läden Restaurants und Cafés ist praktisch gegenüber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das Zimmer war soweit super sauber, ist allerdings etwas abgewohnt. Eine Modernisierung würde nicht schaden. Die Aussicht war prima, mein Highlight war jedoch das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück. Insgesamt eine durchaus positive Erfahrung.

Experiência fantástica: מלון מצוין עם נוף מדהים לאגמים ולאיים מסביב. המלון ממוקם במרכז העיר ובמרחק קצר מאוד מכל מה שצריך. ממש על המרינה. השירות מהצוות כאן ממש מדהים. יש חניה של בערך 6 מקומות לאורחי המלון על בסיס מקום פנוי וצריך לבקש כשמגיעים או עוזבים שיפתחו את השער.

Experiência positiva: Chambre très spacieuse avec superbe vue donnant sur la marina de Faro. Petit déjeuner superbe, très garni accompagné d'une prestation de pianiste jouant plusieurs oeuvres musicales internationales. Belle piscine au toit de l'hôtel. La ville est très petite, pas grand chose à voir malheureusement. Le buffet dînatoire est très intéressant (20€/personne) et propose une multitude de plats. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage dans la ville.

Experiência fantástica: We stayed at the Eva Senses in Faro. The location was wonderful overlooking the Marina. It was a close walk to everything we wanted to do. The room was nicely appointed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was the best of everywhere we stayed over a three week period in Portugal. The breakfast restaurant was on the roof and had magnificent views. The pool was also on the rooftop where a lovely breeze blew so that you didn’t get too overheated. We were there in July and it was quite hot but even then the pool was a little too cold. While it was very large it didn’t have a shallow end for smaller children. We were very happy with our stay of several nights at this hotel.

Experiência positiva: Perfect location with wonderful views of the marina. The rooms were a decent size though not insulated from noise enough as we heard bangs from upstairs. The beds were incredibly comfortable though. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and live music. The rooftop pool is nothing special and we found that in the afternoon some of the sun beds were messy with food scraps on the ground. Beware as parking is slightly complicated in the area, there’s only a few spots saved for the hotel though we saw a few spots empty at different points of our stay.

Experiência positiva: The location is just amazing, we had a suite with view on the port, to sit on the balcony in the evening overlooking the marina, is awesome. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and fresh. The giant pool on the roof makes the hotel just perfect. We had some troubles finding a free chair one day at the pool, but we could sit around the bar, the size of the pool made up for it.

Experiência fantástica: Wonderful hotel next to the marina. The room is large with a balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Room had many amenities. Hot and cold breakfast has many options and was very good. Gym is basically a full gym and rooftop pool is a delight. Location is perfect. Wheelchair accessible.

Experiência negativa: The breakfast is good quality and the location is perfect. The rooms with the marina views are outstanding. Off note there is no soundproofing, and you will be disturbed by the night club music till 1am . The staff kindly changed our room but with a less off a nice view and a very noisy road view. The finishings in the rooms show much wear and tear.

Experiência fantástica: Wow, what a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff, myself and 13 year old daughter stayed 5 nights, spent a lot of time around the pool, we loved the chips and pizzas, stunning sun set, chilled atmosphere, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a room with balcony on the main road, beautiful to wake up and see sunrise over the city every morning. Fresh towels and bedding every day and breakfast had a wide variety even for a fussy 13 year old. Thank you for making us feel safe and comfortable as our first time abroad just the 2 of us.

Experiência fantástica: Hotel grande, muy bien situado, con vistas a la marina. Si hay que ponerle un "pero", es que está junto a la estación de autobuses y de tren. Estuvimos en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno y creo que acertamos ya que si vas a pasar el día de playa (no están en cercanas, hay que utilizar embarcaciones que te trasladen), el resto de comidas no las haces en el hotel. En recepción fueron muy agradables y nos indicaron tanto los lugares de interés como los mejores sitios para cenar, sin embargo el personal de las habitaciones nos dejó una mala impresión ya que entraban estando nosotros dentro de la habitación y si les decíamos que nos diesen algo de tiempo a los pocos minutos aporreaban la puerta, nos pasó varios días. En cuanto al personal del comedor, muy atentos, educados y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Pianista en los desayunos. La comida muy buena y variada. El último día, nos encontramos un pequeño regalo en la habitación por parte del Hotel (botella de vino de la tierra). En general la experiencia fue más que positiva. Atividades próximas: Al estar junto al puerto deportivo que es el centro neuralgico de la ciudad, allí se monta durante la segunda quincena de Agosto FolkFaro, que es una especie de feria de folclore tanto de la zona como de países invitados, por lo que todas las noches había espectáculos, también se realiza un mercadillo de artesanía y el lugar para sacar la fotografía típica con el nombre de la ciudad.

Experiência fantástica: Heerlijk hotel super vriendelijk personeel, altijd klaar om je te helpen van de receptie, ontbijt, zwembad personeel iedereen 5 sterren Ligt super centraal kan overal naartoe met de bussen meteen naast de hotel Ontbijt was lekker met ruime keuze en met de piano op het achtergrond was super relaxed alleen zaterdag was er een band ook goed maar een beetje te heftig voor in de ochtend ik persoonlijk kreeg er hart kloppingen van Mijn complimenten voor de Mr bij de piano altijd vriendelijk en klaar voor een request Zwembad kan wel wat verbeterd worden trappen waren stuk en los en een blikje verf kan ook geen kwaad de wc bij het zwembad kan ook een beetje tlc gebruiken Jullie ( personeel ) hebben zeker me vakantie beter gemaakt Heel veel succes voor iedereen en mijn dank voor alles Groetjes uit Amsterdam!

Experiência positiva: Das Hotel ist ordentlich und sauber. Mit dem Service bin ich zufrieden. Leider ist die Lautstärke von der Umgebung jeden Abend etwas laut. Bis ca. 0.30 AM läuft im Hafen laute Partymusik und die Fenster sind nicht ausreichend dicht, um die Geräusche ausreichend abzuschirmen.

Experiência positiva: Buenísima ubicación, el restaurante que tienen en la planta principal está muy muy bien, lo recomiendo. La azotea está genial para ver el atardecer. En cuanto a las habitaciones, no están bien insonorizadas y yo me despertaba cada dos por tres, el baño es mejorable ya que cuando te duchas se sale todo el agua y luego es bastante incomodo.

Experiência positiva: El servicio perfecto, se ve la playa desde la habitación que tuvimos, desayuno muy correcto. Podría renovar algo las habitaciones por decoración y sanitarios pero la verdad que ha sido muy buena experiencia en este alojamiento.

Experiência positiva: Hôtel très bien situé à côté de la station de bus et de train, très pratique pour se déplacer. Le rooftop est agréable et les chambres sont corrects (sauf sol sale à notre arrivé). Le point négatif de l’hôtel est le service. C’est la première fois que je fréquente un 4* qui n’est pas capable de fournir un fer à repasser. 2 jours d’affilés que nous demandons et on nous informe qu’il n’y en a pas de disponible. On nous suggère de payer pour le service de pressing de l’hôtel. C’est un peu scandaleux… Par ailleurs, lorsque nous appelons la réception depuis la chambre, plusieurs minutes d’attente et quand nous descendons nous constatons que l’un des hommes de l’accueil est tout simplement sur son téléphone perso alors que le téléphone de la réception sonne! Il faudrait sérieusement reconsidérer les services de base d’un hôtel.

Experiência fantástica: Un hotel que sin duda recomiendo. El hotel es bonito y moderno, con una ubicación inmejorable: enfrente de la marina y a tan solo unos minutos del casco viejo, el puerto, etc. El desayuno increíble: muy completo, muy rico, con vistas y posibilidad de tomarlo tanto dentro como en terraza, e incluso un par de días amenizaron con musica tranquila de piano y violín. La piscina de la azotea es muy cool y te puedes pedir cocteles y disfrutar de un baño y unas vistas increíbles. El personal fue muy amable y nos explicó como aparcar por la zona pudiendo encontrar a poca distancia estacionamiento gratuito y dando la posibilidad si había sitio de usar su zona reservada aunque esta era pequeña. La habitación un poco pequeña pero con terraza, buena cama y un baño adecuado, por lo tanto bien. Lo dicho, muy muy recomendable, de hecho a nosotros nos gustaría repetir.

Experiência negativa: Die Lage und das Zimmer sind gut. Allerdings möchte ich ein Ereignis teilen was alles andere vergessen lässt. Für alle beschrieben Situationen sind Bilder eingefügt. Wenn ihr im Hotel ankommt, und ihr mit einem Auto angereist seit, bekommt ihr von der Rezeption eine Karte wo ihr euer Auto parken umsonst parken, kostenpflichtig parken oder auch nicht parken dürft. Am Mittwoch den 29.Mai habe ich mein Auto auf einem wie auf der Karte zu sehen ist Kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz abgestellt und ein Parkticket geholt bis um 11:36 Zwei Stunden später als ich an das Auto bin hatte ich einen Strafzettel am Auto hängen, das um 10:43 ausgestellt worden ist. Ich bin an die Rezeption um zu fragen für was ich den bekommen habe. Keiner von den Mitarbeitern konnte mir sagen für was und wie viel ich bezahlen müsse, obwohl dort alles auf Portugiesisch draufsteht. Also schickten sie mich erstmal an zwei verschiedene Läden die mir genauso wenig weiterhelfen konnten bis dann jemand mal auf die Idee kam den Zettel richtig zu lesen und mir den richtigen Ort zu zeigen. 10 min später war ich am besagten Ort, wo mir gesagt wurde das dieser Parkplatz von der Stadt sei und man dort nicht hätte parken dürfen. Auf der Karte ist dieser aber ganz klar angezeichnet mit kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Also gehe ich nach Anweisung von dem Bearbeiter zurück in das Hotel um zu sagen dass das deren schuld ist und dass die auch bitte dafür aufkommen sollen. Der Manager kommt und das was ich gesagt bekomme nachdem ich ihm erkläre was die Situation ist, „ sie hätten auf die Schilder gucken müssen das ist nicht unsere Schuld“. Die Schilder sind ebenfalls eingefügt und sehen für einen aus dem Ausland kommenden Menschen aus wie als würde man abgeschleppt werden wenn man kein Parkticket hat. Ich sage dem Herren das wenn ich vom Hotel eine Karte bekomme wo angezeichnet ist wo ich parken kann und wo nicht ich mich doch darauf verlassen kann. Von ihm kommt nein sie müssen gucken ist nicht unsere Schuld wir übernehmen nichts. Ende der Sache 60 Euro Strafzettel bezahlt für eine Sache die das Hotel nicht richtig macht. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich zumindestens eine Entschuldigung oder ein entgegen kommen, aber leider von allem weit entfernt. Wie man sieht ist sogar der Busparkplatz als Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz markiert, was soll ich dazu noch sagen.

Experiência negativa: Les chambres ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles et de l'entrée de l'hôtel ! C'est l'hotel le plus minable de notre périple portugais commencé dans un Hotel de la même chaînes AP à Portimao. Salle de bain minuscule pour une chambre de 3 personnes !!! Et ils ont oubliés les portes du dressing.... Quartos: Chambre de 3 personnes avec une salle de bain ridicule !! Et un placard sans portes.

Experiência positiva: Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, dass Faro nicht der Reise wert ist. Es gibt kaum schöne Ecken. Es ist sehr dreckig und heruntergekommen. Das Hotel befindet sich in keiner schönen Gegend. Auch wenn es am Hafen gelegen ist, tummeln sich um das Hotel rum zwillichtige Gestalten, so dass es einem abends sehr unsicher vorkommt. Das Hotel ist nicht sehr sauber. Unser Standard-Zimmer war sehr groß, aber irgendwie sehr ungemütlich. Es war eine eher unangenehme Erfahrung.

Experiência positiva: Très correct, la propreté quelques fois notamment à l espace piscine à surveiller mais certains clients sont vraiment mal élevés. Leur sangria un régal et la nourriture street food à l espace piscine excellente.

Experiência fantástica: Leider ist in der Klimaanlage Schimmel sichtbar. Es gibt leider viel Lärm durch die Renovierungsarbeiten im gesamten Hotel. Das Frühstück und der Pool sind sehr gut.

Experiência fantástica: Super hôtel, excellent emplacement. Magnifique vue a 360 Coup de ❤️ Pour les airs de piano au petit déjeuner. Cela fait la différence. Petit déjeuner au top. ❤️ Quartos: Grandes, spacieuse, superbe terrasse Atividades próximas: Balades, bateaux, port, restaurant... L ile déserte a voir. Les coquillages sont d une beauté. La plage aussi Acessibilidade a pé: Il est préférable d être très mobile. Les dalles au Portugal c est original.

Experiência fantástica: Malgré des chambres par très bien sonorisées , le reste est impeccable. Accueil très agréable qui nous mets à l'aise. une vue sur la lagune splendide. une chambre agréable et confortable. Et pour finir un petit déjeuner de roi au dernier étage, avec son buffet extraordinaire, un pianiste pour l'ambiance et une vue imprenable sur la lagune. On reviendra.

Experiência fantástica: Very clean comfortable rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very accomdating. We had an early morning flight and a bagged meal was waiting for us in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel. Quartos: Room was very clean,quiet and well equipped with yea and coffee service comfortable beds Acessibilidade a pé: Easy walking distance to Faro tourists attractions and cafés. Detalhes relevantes: A bagged lunch was provided in the lobby for breakfast due to our early morning departure. Excellent service by courteous staff.Check in was very easy and they let us in an hour early.

Experiência fantástica: We only stayed 1 night and wished it could have been longer. The location of the hotel is fantastic, overlooking the marina . Within minutes of leaving the hotel,you are in the old town.We had a lovely room on the 4th floor,,overlooking the marina. I loved sitting on the balcony in full sun ,people watching. The guys on the reception were excellent, so friendly,and so helpful with information for our forward movement of our holiday. Breakfast was good ,with lots of choice,.Sitting on the 5th floor overlooking the marina, and the gentleman playing the piano, was relaxing. I would definitely come back again,but for longer next time.

Experiência positiva: Lo que más me ha emocionado del hotel ha sido el pianista, que pregunté cómo se llamaba y su nombre es Newton. Me emocionó muchísimo escucharlo. El desayuno de ayer domingo fue un momento para el recuerdo con las vistas increíbles de la cafetería y la música en vivo de su piano. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo del hotel y en especial a Newton por toda la magia que transmite al entorno.

Experiência positiva: L'hôtel est dans un emplacement imbattable. Le personnel est très sympathique et cordial. C'est vrai qu'il y a un petit manque d'entretien, des détails de peinture et de nettoyage qui pourraient être améliorés sans trop d'efforts, mais l'hôtel est de tout façon très bon. La meilleure chose à propos de cet hôtel est la musique pendant le petit déjeuner : un pianiste fantastique joue un vaste répertoire international sur un piano à queue. C'est merveilleux !

Experiência fantástica: Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Bus und Bahn fahren gleich hinter dem Hotel weg. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt gute Lokale gleich ums Eck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmerservice auch sehr gut. Wir hatten eine Suite, die eigentlich ziemlich geräumig war. Das Zustellbett war nicht so gemütlich und hat gequietscht, aber für drei Nächte auch mal okay. Wir haben die Betten aber umgestellt, das das Zusatzbett genau vor der Balkontür mitten im Zimmer stand. Das Frühstück auf der 5. Etage ist der Hammer. Eine mega Auswahl und sehr sehr lecker. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen ist perfekt. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt für Portugal. Die Stadt selbst hat nicht sooo viel zu bieten, aber ist schon mal sehenswert.

Experiência positiva: Gute Lage des Hotels. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Beim Frühstück gibt’s eine große Auswahl und die ist auch sehr lecker. Dazu gibt’s noch Livemusik beim Frühstück mit einem Klavier. Kritikpunkt ist der Pool auf dem Dach. Dieser ist in die Jahre gekommen und auch der Bereich darum sieht nicht mehr wirklich einladend aus.

Experiência positiva: Mooie ligging, aan haven en in stadscentrum. Op foto’s en website helaas veel beter dan in werkelijkheid. Bedden zijn perfect opgemaakt en de kamer is redelijk proper en dagelijks schone handdoeken en beddengoed. De badkamer is wel wat gedateerd (is overigens niet erg) maar is ook matig gereinigd, schimmel in kitnaden en er liepen wat mieren af en toe. Personeel over algemeen vriendelijk maar in ontbijtzaal zijn ze vooral gestresst en kortaf. Ontbijt is wel goed en uitgebreid, complimenten aan de pianist Parkeren gratis in straat van hotel met kaartje van receptie, dat is top geregeld Zwembad zeer gedateerd en vooral niet schoon (veel groene aanslag op vloer en wanden), hier dan ook geen gebruik van gemaakt. Al met al wat ons betreft niet 4-sterren waardig maar een goed 3- sterren hotel.

Experiência negativa: Nous avons réservé deux chambres dans cet hôtel afin de passer les fêtes de Noël en famille et nous avons été très déçus notamment des prestations de l'hôtel. Le personnel n'est pas accueillant et froid. Étant étranger nous communiquions en espagnol pour essayer de nous faire comprendre et le personnel de l'accueil nous répondait de façon non chalente en portugais sans tenir compte de la barrière de la langue qui nous empêchait de comprendre. De même, la porte de la chambre était complètement impossible à fermer et méritait un coup d'huile. En résumé avec un personnel complètement inexistant et des prestations comme le restaurant toujours inabordable, il nous tardait vraiment de quitter cet endroit.

Experiência negativa: Bom dia e bom ano! Veio por este meio lhe fazer parte do feed back do jantar de gala de 31 Dezembro que para nos foi uma grande desilusão.... Estimamos que pelo preço que foi pago que era 185 euros por adulto e 90 pra crianças foi abusado a poca escolha que tinhamos ao nivel do cocktail de boas vindas tanto nas bebidas ( era so vinhos,martinis,coisas muito baratas) por menos sangria ou uma coisa mais festiva.pra crianças nem ice t tiveram direito so sumo de laranjas,3 variedades de mise en buche...o buffet de meia noite igual,seim falar dos doces foram postas 2 tartes de nozes e algums doces secos e umas bifanas(pregos).Tanto que pra as criancas servir uma sopa e bife com batata frita e arroz foi uma vergonha.Em fim,sei que não vai mudar nada mais quis lhe fazer parte de nossa opinião e nossa experiência que não foi nada boa.Quando apresntamos um menu de Gala a este preço claro que as expetativas são altas,se quiriamos este genro de comida podiamos ter indo num restaurante basico com um preço que era adequado.

Experiência positiva: The best thing about the hotel was the view. Our room was with a balcony facing the marina. The service was not great. We did get in early before check-in which was at 2pm. They said they would have a room ready so we sat with our bags waiting for about 30 mins. They never asked if they could take our bags so we could enjoy Faro. My husband went to the washroom downstairs and found a cockroach running around. He showed the staff. I asked if they could take our bags and if they could text me when the room was ready. We went back at 2pm check-in time without a message and the room was ready. We had better service in Lisbon for our hotel. Otherwise the room was great and the view was fantastic. Beware though if you don't like cigarette smoke you maybe bombarded on the balcony if you have neighbors who smoke and many do here. Also, the room wasn't as quite as I hoped. A lot of furniture moving around above our heads from 8am to 12am at night. Wear earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Atividades próximas: We didn't take any tours as we did some great ones in Lagos, but there are many in very close proximity to the hotel. Visit the bones chapel as it's quite a thing to see. 4 EUR for entry to the church. Acessibilidade a pé: The old town with shopping, restaurants and marina are very close to the hotel. The train station is a 5min walk and buses are closer. The big shopping mall is just a short bolt ride away. We used Bolt a lot in The Algarve. Alimentos e bebidas: Lots of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel, but a bit more scattered than Lagos or Lisbon. Take a walk around and use Google maps to find them.

Experiência negativa: Beautiful location but customer service is shocking, we arrived on 21st December, asked to book for Christmas day evening meal, told it was booked for 6pm. Further call to room to confirm it was arranged that xmas day. Arrived at 6pm Xmas day to be told no booking. We spoke to the person that booked it to be told, he couldn't remember us as he checked alot of people in that day , lovely!!!!!! Leaving us with no reservation on Christmas day. Absolute disgrace!!! I would never stay here again. Had to ask for room to be cleaned after several days without clean towels etc. Staff don't want to do anything for you. Only hard workers are the staff in the breakfast room. From check in we have been treated poorly. This has never happened to us on many stays in Portugal, we are extremely upset and will further report to tour operator on return to the UK. Quartos: A bit tired and some items broken

Experiência positiva: Great Hotel for a few days stay! The views of Marina are stunning and breakfast is by far the best part! There’s a lovely buffet breakfast that’s adjusted slightly everyday, live piano playing in the background and some days everyone is handed a rose on arrival to breakfast. Good quality food with great variety. The rooms themselves could do with a bit of sprucing up, the shower isn’t great, but the service is otherwise very good. Location is very handy and the surrounding environment is safe and peaceful. Would visit again.

Experiência positiva: Buen hotel , atención muy buena , limpieza. Lo único mal el baño, intimidad ninguna la puerta es de cristal como si fuera una mampara . Si vas en pareja vale pero si compartes con amig@s o familia mal. Es lo único que no me ha gustado lo demás muy bien

Experiência positiva: Gutes 4-Sternehotel, Aussicht auf Hafenbecken und das vorgelagerte Marschland. Moderne, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Fitness, Sauna und Pool auf dem Dach habe ich nicht genutzt. Einziger Schwachpunkt: das Dachgeschoss mit Restaurant und Bar ist offenbar nicht gut isoliert, wenn dort aufgeräumt wird (und das geschieht auch nachts), dann pflanzt sich der Schall fort, Beschwerden an die Rezeption wurden verstädnisvoll entegengenommen, blieben aber wirkungslos, wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln.

Experiência positiva: Good hotel with exceptional Staff - Pedro (I think his name was Pedro) on reception was a super helpful, Excellent pastry recommendation and couldn't do enough for us. All staff interactions were top notch. Rooms clean but could do with some general re-finishing in the bathroom. Bed a bit lumpy and noise from the hallway was quite loud in the room. Breakfast had a great selection but quality not there with exception of the fresh fruit which was 10/10. Better breakfast options available in the main town area. All in all a great stay.

Experiência positiva: Muy buena estancia en una suite. Muy amplia. Desayuno muy bien. Fenomenal ubicación. No obstante la suite 300, con vistas a la Marina en realidad es media Marina de forma que el sol solo da por la mañana y no como resto habitaciones. No obstante la suite fenomenal. Tan solo indicar que en alguna ficha merecería darle un poco con legia en la parte inferior de la ducha. Resto todo muy limpio.

Experiência negativa: Nous avons réservé une nuit du dimanche au lundi, sélectionné cet hôtel pour son emplacement et parce qu’il dispose d’un Spa ! Lors de notre arrivée le personnel nous signale que le Spa et fermé car dimanche, ceci n’est signalé nulle part bien sûr! Nous avons sélectionné un grand lit et avons eu deux petits lits jumeaux! Personnel à l’accueil vraiment non chaland et pas agréable

Experiência negativa: Achtung Lebensgefahr! Es gab mehrere Fehlalarme während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Personal ist offensichtlich nicht für solche Situationen ausgebildet. Die Anlage ist kaum hörbar und wurde vermutlich nachts abgeschaltet. Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Bad ebenfalls. Die Bettwäsche war auch fleckig. Die Einrichtung war teilweise defekt und in den Schubladen fanden wir die Reste von Renovierungsarbeiten (u.a. Abdeckungen für Steckdosen). Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig. Man hat das Gefühl man würde an der Straße schlafen und die Nachbarn wären im eigenen Zimmer. Zudem war das Personal nicht unbedingt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die warmen Speisen beim Frühstück waren teilweise kalt (u.a. Rührei). Unser letztes Frühstück konnten wir wegen des Alarms nicht nutzen.

Experiência fantástica: Heerlijk hotel, je loopt zo de oude stad in, het ligt aan de haven. Het ontbijtbuffet is super en de kamers zijn prima, lekker bed. Quartos: Prettige kamers, ruim en goede bedden en een prima badkamer, zou iets meer ruimte voor de loilet tassen kunnen zijn.

Experiência fantástica: Es un hotel muy bien urblicado. Al lado del puerto pequenyo y el park natural como un barco o crucero aparcado alli. El chico de recepcion del dia que llegamos, era un chico que solo tiene un mano, pero su trabajo era excelente. Muy amable. Llegamos pronto, nos dijo que podemos dejar las maletas, llamó su companyero para saber si hubiera posibilidad de hacer el check in mas pronto. Nos explicó las instalaciones del hotel. restaurante, pisina, gimnacio...Las habtaciones no tengo idea de como estaban, porque eran para mis clientes. Solo les ayude hacer el check in. Pero gracias por el trabajo del chico y tambien al hotel que ha dado una oportunidad a este tipo de gente. Es igual ponito que el paisaje de este pueblo. Luego subi al restaurante para tomar un cafe. Habia un chico joven tocando piano. Me quetó sobrendido. Paisaje tan bonito, el sol, la musica y atencion de los camareros, muy amables. Me ha gustado mucho. Volveré a faro con mi familia y escogeremos este hotel. Gracias por todo!

Experiência positiva: De ligging van het hotel is perfect. De kamers zijn een beetje gedateerd, maar verder wel schoon. Leuk uitzicht op de haven. Het zwembad is verder niet bijzonder en is erg druk. Het zwembad en de rooftop bar zijn ook toegankelijk voor mensen die niet in het hotel verblijven. Hierdoor is een plekje scoren bij het zwembad erg lastig. Het ontbijt is goed. Je kan de auto gratis naast het hotel parkeren.
