Experiência positiva: Nice modern ambient. Attentive and friendly staff. Had a pedicure and used the sauna and thermal pool area. Pedicure was very well done , the spa relax area has a steam room and dual sauna , it's very nice. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi, best to come in the morning when there is no traffic.

Experiência positiva: I had a good experience at Algarve Serenity, but not exceptional. I had scrub and massage. I liked the overall experience, great exfoliation, and decent massage. I also want to highlight how attentive and helpful the receptionist was when booking the service - he helped me save 30 euros and get the same services I planned. Three things could improve: 1. Scrub and massage oil smells didn't go well together. The scrub smell was so strong that it was the only thing I could smell after the service. However, the massage was with Algarve orange oil, so I picked it up but couldn't smell it at the end 2. It turned out that the massage I picked was on a special offer that implied low to medium pressure (the specialist told me that right before I lay on a table). I wasn't expecting it. However, I was 100% ok with the medium. Eventually, the specialist chose a pressure closer to low, and since she told me that this was a special offer, I didn't feel comfortable asking for more pressure 3.The specialist could be more friendly and positive. At Four Seasons, I feel like both parties enjoy the process. At Serenity, I didn't feel the positive vibe I would expect for this price point.

Experiência negativa: Although the service at this spa was very nice and the overall result was very good, there seemed to be some problems with communication. When checking out of the resort, we noticed that we had been charged for a different service than we thought we had purchased which was more than twice the price. This was a bit frustrating given my wife’s efforts originally to ensure that she understood what service she was receiving. I expect this was maybe just a question of translation and in the end the hotel staff helped us to negotiate a successful compromise but I would encourage you to ensure you know exactly what you are paying for and what you are getting.

Experiência positiva: Booked 90 min massages - the price is high but I we have paid comparable prices at other spas for excellent service. Everyone was friendly for the check in & they did a brief tour of the amenities in the spa. There is a residential jacuzzi hot tub outside that was broken the 1st day & second the jets were weak & some still broken. It could only go to 99’ very strange that a spa charging so much has this kind of jacuzzi. The main pool inside is cool temperature good for cooling off after the 2 saunas - And the steam room. The spa was clean & the chill out beds were comfortable. There is a strange cold water hot water walk about in the middle of the room- after walking in it a few times I did not see the benefits Our massages were booked for deep tissue My husband received a decent massage he relayed but she never asked on pressure & skipped many parts of his body- we chose 90 so this did not happen My therapist never asked about pressure & after trying to explain twice for firmer pressure- I gave up. It was a very expensive relaxing touch massage.

Experiência positiva: The value of this spa for me was in the highly qualified masseur, Roberto. It is extremely rare to find a professional osteopath in a spa. Roberto was very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend a massage with him. However, if you booked an "Ayurveda massage", you will not get a classic Ayurvedic massage, of course. In fact, many spas in Europe name their massages “Ayurvedic” when they don’t even have the equipment to offer such a massage. It´s just an appropriation of a name, which is ethically wrong. In terms of the spa, comparatively speaking, it’s a very small space but efficient, provided it is not crowded. I had it just for myself, and it was a dream. It has two saunas (one herbal with 60• and one salt with 80•). Both are constantly hot and were a good experience. The small pool (not enough room to swim in it) has three relaxing chair whirlpools and a cascade. Hamam was also great and so were the showers. There was a comercial hot tub outside on the small terrace, covered and not operational. Definitely relaxing but at 50 euros super, super overpriced compared to places like QC Therms or Vabali Spa, which are real luxury spa resorts. This one appears to have won numerous prices and to rely on that for marketing, but the reality is: it is a very agreeable small spa with just the bare minimum and no changing rooms. Also: take your own hairdryer. Points that need attention and that made me feel extremely disappointed (specially after reading that the spa director of this place is considered to be the best spa manager in the country :/) - The mattresses on the chilling chairs were not properly clean (there were stains on them early in the morning, which means they are not cleaned before operations start or at the end of the day - you can also provide a spraying bottle for disinfection next to them) - There are no hairdryers in the changing room and I had to walk out with wet hair - Only water is offered, no tea. After the massage, offer your clients a rest room and some tea - Turn on the hot tub outside and maybe put some relaxing chairs out there. That tiny terrace feels so sad.

Experiência fantástica: Fui com a minha esposa aproveitar o fim de semana, SPA incrível tudo muito limpo e organizado, receção muito educados, temos negócios com massagens e terapias então decidimos aproveitar para recebermos tratamentos, fomos atendidos pelo Fisioterapeuta Paulo Roberto, uma massagem magnífica espetacular, sem palavras. Muito obrigado pela experiência voltaremos com certeza.

Im Januar teilten wir uns die Sauna und Bäder mit nur 3 weiteren Gästen. 3 Saunen und ein großer Pool mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen als Whirlpool z.Bsp. Schöner Außenbereich. Wirklich ganz Tolle Massage mit Lucy. Alles fantastisch. Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr wohl und konnten wunderbar entspannen. Zu den 50,- Eintritt pro Kopf bekamen wir viele extra Geachenke. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder.
