Experiência fantástica: Came from Istanbul for 5 days Gyrokineses and Gyrotonic retreat with Ayse and it has been wonderful experience. We’ve had private and group classes every day. Between the practices Ayse took us around to see picturesque places of Algarve and vicinities .The Gyrotonic studio “Happy Movements” is located in Algarve Boliqueime in the middle of nature, with wonderful view. Ayse is pure inspiration, and very high qualified teacher always improving herself and widening her knowledge. It was a pleasure working together, I discovered many new things about my body and how I can use it more efficiently as a dancer. Thank you Ayse! My body and mind feel great after retreat! I’ve made up my mind to take Gyrokinesis training with Ayse! Hope to come back again soon!

Experiência fantástica: If you are in Algarve, you should visit Ayse's studio for a Gyrotonic training session! She is a great teacher with a deep knowledge in Anatomy. She will make your body feel much better!
