And I can honestly say that Victoria’s classes are hands down the most effective, the most fun & the most demanding. This powerful combination is well balanced with the mind/body element that leaves you feeling strong and ready for the day ahead.

This hidden gem nestled within the historical streets offers a truly serene escape from the bustling world. The moment you step into this lovely, refurbished space, you're greeted by an atmosphere of tranquility. The decor and peaceful ambiance set the perfect tone for a reformer pilates session. All instructors' expertise (Victoria, Finna, and Adi) was evident throughout the classes, ensuring a balanced and effective workout. The reformer pilates equipment was top-notch. What truly sets this experience apart is the fusion of heritage and health, making it a unique destination for fitness enthusiasts. I left feeling not only invigorated but also culturally enriched, which is a rare and remarkable combination. It's a calming haven that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Experiência fantástica: The reformer Pilates class I attend with Victoria has been a great addition to my exercise routine. It’s a great way to strengthen and tone and I love the mobility exercises. Victoria is an excellent teacher and really focuses on your individual needs. I would highly recommend .

Experiência fantástica: I have been looking for a long time to find a studio that offers so much. Victoria is a dedicated teacher who manages to make each class different and challenging. Her group mat classes are great but I was lucky enough to be in the Algarve when her reformer arrived and able to do some one on one lessons and also duets. Quite demanding but very enjoyable and Victoria always keeps a watchful eye and tailors the class to ability. really special

She is such a wonderful and caring instructor, who knows how to deal with my injuries and help me progress in both strength and mobility. I do the duet reformer pilates and I am challenged every week with new and varied exercises and equipment, and leave the studio feeling fantastic. I just wish I had the time to go more often!
