Experiência fantástica: Marquei uma consulta com Nuno por recommendaçao do meu instrutor de golfe. Meus objetivos eram dois : perder peso e melhorar meu jojo de golfe.Depois de algumas semanas Nao so perdi peso, como tambem melhorei muito a velocidade do meu swing. Mil agradecimentos ao Nuno.

Experiência fantástica: "The PT I Didn't Want but Now Can't Live Without!" I used to be active… until remote work, life, and my metabolism all ganged up on me. I avoided gyms like they were haunted—too many mirrors, too many shirtless selfies, and my idea of PT was that they like bootcamp sergeants. I was convinced no trainer could handle my independence, travel schedule, and general refusal to be bossed around. However, I got to a point when I needed to do something, so I asked for a recommendation from someone I REALLY trust and they immediately suggested Nuno, but I was warned that he was a busy person, so I though, he would be too busy to take me on. Instead, he replied instantly (ugh), was super friendly (double ugh), and somehow convinced me to meet him at 7am on a Friday (what?!). He listened carefuly and did a thorough evaluation and we made the plan that I would train 3 times a week, however deep down I didn’t even think I would last a month. To my surprise, I have consistently woke up at 5:30am on a Monday (even on those torrential and windy winter nights) and come in three times a week (I travelled a LOT this year, so I can’t brag that I am that consistent).The days have turned into weeks, the weeks into months and now the months have turned into a year. I appreciate Nuno’s commitment, appreciation of the clients different needs, his emotional intelligece, ablility adapt the training to your mood and condition as well being able to anticipate your needs. Over the last year, he has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable at Sculptors and outside it. He became a trusted friend. He is always vigilant, making connections, being creative and always happy to offer sound advice when he is asked. He also makes sure he has good people collaborating at Sculptors, ensuring that the professional and friendly environment is kept I haven’t reached all my goals (blame the wine and cheese), but I’m stronger, more consistent, and finally enjoying the journey. Turns out, I was totally wrong about gyms and PTs—and I’ve never been happier to be wrong. Just recently, I managed to get my 75 year old mum, who had never stepped foot in a gym, to train at a quiet time, ensuring she is as comfortable as possible. In summary, I have to admit that I was wrong about gyms and PTs and I can’t recommend Nuno, Sculptors and his team enough.

Experiência fantástica: I joined Sculptors to improve my golf performance and the fitness training from Nuno really helped improve my swing. Then I had a fall and broke some bones - the MRI revealed osteoporosis. So my schedule changed to focus on strength training. I have really appreciated and benefitted hugely from the 1:1 personal attention from both Nuno and Pedro. Highly recommended.

Experiência fantástica: I have been doing golf related training with Nuno for a few years now. Recently i have been playing (walking) 5 or6 rounds of golf per week. This wouldn’t be possible without the excellent gym sessions I have been doing to strengthen up and improve flexibility. Really feel it’s made a great difference to me and my golf. Many thanks.

Experiência fantástica: Sculptors has been a good experience with knowledgeable PTs who take their time to find out your needs and goals. They work with you to achieve them. What I loved the most is that I didn't hurt nor feel sore after a session just pleasantly tired. I never once felt not to go. I looked forward to going for a good mix of machines, free weights and different types of exercises. I am so much stronger and fitter now. Thank you very much Nuno, Alex and Béatrice.

Experiência fantástica: The gym at my home needed new flooring and we also wanted to add a fitness cage. Nuno made a 3D Gym Floor Plan so we could see in advance how it would look like and the end result is amazing. Quality equipment together with excellent service.
