Big THANKS for a lovely and cozy organization and company from Susanne and Stephy, Cedric, Nico’s food OHLALA better than any restaurante, the kids with their pure joy and energies, the horses (at that point I’m crying of SAUDADES) being so lovely patients and healing for each of us… the beautiful dog… uf! So so paradise! Proud of these families, they are having this wonderful life style YOU NEED TO GO THERE !!!! ‍♀️☀️ always in my heart ✨ THANK YOU

They run wonderful yoga retreats so if you are a fun of a wholesome lifestyle or you just want to relax this is the place to be. Experiência fantástica: Quelle belle découverte ! Malama est un lieu unique et magique niché dans un magnifique écrin naturel. Au bout du chemin, poussez la barrière blanche et dès lors vous entrez dans un petit paradis empli de calme et de sérénité. Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et se reconnecter avec la nature, de jour comme de nuit sous un magnifique ciel étoilé. L’accueil chaleureux des hôtes, leurs gentillesses, leurs sourires, leurs générosités et leurs valeurs nous font nous sentir à notre bonne place, nous donne l'envie et l'énergie de se retrouver et de se reconnecter à l'essentiel. Les espaces de vie n'enlèvent rien à la beauté du paysage tellement ils sont pensés en accord avec la nature. De douces nuits dans de belles tentes décorées avec goût et délicatesse, des repas pris dans l'espace communautaire qui est un vrai espace de rencontre et de partage avec de belles personnes venues de partout... Tout cela nous a permis de vivre une expérience inoubliable en famille et nous a donné l'envie de revenir encore ! Gratitude pour ces beaux moments de vie avec vous !

Experiência fantástica: Sehr schöner Ort um Ruhe zu finden und direkt in der tollen Natur zu sein. Die Zelte sind sehr schön, die Betten darin super und die Übernachtung auch im Sommer sehr angenehm, da es abends kühler wird. Wir hatten 3 tolle Tage mit unseren Kindern hier, traumhafte Strände in nur 30min mit dem Auto. Abends und morgens ist es super hier zu sein, die Kids waren im Pool und wir haben in der Hängematte entspannt. Absolutes Highlight ist eine Aussendusche nachts unter dem Sternhimmel. Danke an die super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber Cedric und Steffi für die tolle Zeit!

Experiência fantástica: Malama ❤️est un lieu unique au coeur de l’Alentejo. Sa Nature, l’ambiance et la philosophie, les valeurs écolos et communautaires qui y règnent sont exceptionnelles. La beauté du paysage, des chevaux libres en troupeau, des espaces communs, de belles tentes de safaris, le soin apportés aux détails de décoration, à l’accueil, les activités proposées: Retraites Yoga, surf, développement avec les chevaux…tout est pensé pour se sentir dans un paradis suspendus aux énergies de la nature et de la douceur de vivre! A quelques minutes de la mer, et non loin de la Réserve de l’Arabida où vous pourrez nager avec les dauphins, découvrir ces petits villages blancs et pierres. Un spot idéal pour la douceur du climat et ces nuits au ciel étoilé! Un lifestyle « nouveau monde » comme nulle part ailleurs.✨❤️

Experiência fantástica: MALAMA. A unique place. If you love being in nature, this is the place you want to be. Enjoy quiet moments in the middle of a wonderful cork forest. Refresh in a nice pool or hang out with open-hearted people if you feel like having a nice conversation. Beautifully decorated tents with fine beds make an overnight stay under a clear starry sky a unique experience. I hope to come back soon☀️☀️

Experiência fantástica: A magical spot in the middle of Nature. Very kind and generous hosts who show us the real meaning of living in community. Wonderful horses with a big heart and a beautiful soul that teach us the power of reconnection and healing. Amazing vegetarian food with flavours never tasted before. Experiência fantástica: We recently stayed for two nights in Malama and had an amazing experience. The environment was pristine, nestled in nature with opportunities for yoga classes and walks with horses. The site was exceptionally clean, and the staff were polite, helpful, and friendly, actively caring for their small farm and supporting the local community. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Kids and pet friendly !

Experiência fantástica: We had the most wonderful experience at Malama offering a retreat. The accommodation tents were very well set up, comfortable, spacious, same with practice room and common spaces. An unexpected plus, very impressive meals by renowned chef Nicola made the experience a small luxury. I recommend a visit to Malama to rest & disconnect from the city. If you are thinking about giving a retreat or activity there, highly recommended as well, they are the kindest and most willing people who will make you and the entire group feel at home. Experiência fantástica: Summer 2023 I enjoyed Malama.space for 2 nights while travelling into Portugal. When I arrived, I had the chance to meet Cedric, Nico, Susanne and Steffi. Quickly, I felt at home, they were super welcoming. Then, Cedric showed me around and I immediately fell in love with the peacefulness of the place. First, we visit the tent where I will stay. I think, I had my best nights of all my trip in Portugal. Secondly, the vegetation, the dogs roaming freely and the horses. Their presence was very calming. Finally, the living space with the complete kitchen was perfect. Also, there is a garden with fresh vegetables for sale. If you ask. For a certain amount you will have the chance to taste a meal cooked by Nico, which I recommend. Here are some photos I took while being inspired by the place.

If you want to experience a different and free way of living, love nature and sleeping in a comfortable tent, go for walks/hikes and so much more - that is the place to go. Experiência fantástica: I almost don't want to write this review so I can keep this place as my special secret =) I had such a wonderful yoga and horse retreat here with the Malama team. It was definitely what I needed to recharge and connect with myself and nature. In the process, I learned a lot about the horses and myself too. I am forever grateful for this experience. This isn't your typical trendy retreat place so it might not be for everyone. It's a community of beautiful people living there and they will welcome you with open arms so go with an open mind/heart. Experiência fantástica: What a utopian place! The nature is stunning, but it’s the people and the animals that really make this place so special. On this beautiful land you’ll find a few families that over the years have built a little off grid paradise and they will embrace you and share it with you like long lost friends. We enjoyed every minute of our stay: the special interactions with the horses, the yoga, the music and the fantastic home made food. Not only are we already planning our next trip back, but this place really inspired us and reinforced our belief that we’d like to buy some land and build something similar. Can’t recommend Malama highly enough! ❤️

Experiência fantástica: Ein zauberhafter Ort mitten in der Natur Portugals. Ich hatte eine kleine Holzhütte mit einem unglaublichen Blick in die ferne Landschaft. Während meines Retreats durfte ich magische Momente mit Pferden erleben, hatte tolle Gespräche und konnte durch Yoga und Meditation ganz bei mir selbst ankommen. Was natürlich auch zu erwähnen ist, ist das unglaublich leckere Essen. Mit Hingabe und Liebe zum Detail, machen die wunderbaren Menschen von Malama das möglich. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Experiência fantástica: Gäbe es mehr Orte wie Malama, wäre die Welt ein besserer Ort... 3 Tage habe ich hier verbracht in herrlicher Abgeschiedenheit und Ursprünglichkeit, mit herzensguten Menschen und immer wieder neuen Ausblicken über die wunderbare Landschaft. Malama verführt zum Innehalten und Staunen, es ist ganz leicht hier, das eigene Tempo runterzufahren und wieder in Verbindung zu kommen - mit der Natur und mit einem selbst. Die Zelte sind sehr geräumig und komfortabel, Duschen unter dem Sternenhimmel ein Erlebnis und Yoga in Gesellschaft der Pferde besonders. Bis zum einsamen Sandstrand mit einzigartigen Felsformationen sind es gerade mal 30 min mit dem Auto. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man - bei kaum Verkehr - die schöne Umgebung entdecken. Und mit ein wenig Glück bekommt man von Nico, dem ehemaligen Küchenchef, ein formidables Abendessen mit Zutaten aus dem eigenen Garten gezaubert. Selbst für ein paar Tage Auszeit ist Malama absolut lohnenswert - ich werde so schnell wie möglich zurückkehren an den Ort, wo man das pflegt, was einem am Herzen liegt... Danke an Steffi, Cedric, Susanne und Nico, dass Ihr ein so wunderbares Plätzchen erschaffen habt und Euren Traum lebt und mit anderen teilt.

Experiência fantástica: Was für ein Platz!! Wir wären 3 Tage in MALAMA und waren sehr begeistert! Wir haben interessante Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft und Lebens Philosophien getroffen und für ein paar Tage erfahren, dass es auch anders geht. Our place to sleep war in einem Zelt, so groß wie ein Zimmer, mit tollen Betten und viel Platz und direkt neben den Pferden! Die open air Dusche und selbiges Bio WC waren genau nach unserem Geschmack! Hat einfach alles gepasst! Daaanke MALAMA, wir kommen wieder!

Experiência fantástica: Wunderbarer Rückzugsort um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Wir haben zu viert in einem der Clamping Zelte gewohnt und habe den Aufenthalt genossen. Yoga, ein Pizzaofen, veganes Essen / Frühstück, ein kleiner Laden im Gemeinschaftshaus, Pferde, Hühner, ein Pool… alles perfekt! Die Gastgeber:innen sind großartig und wir kommen sicher wieder!
