Experiência fantástica: Schöner und entspannter Einstieg in unseren Urlaub als Session am Praia Grande. Sandra legt viel Wert auf die richtige Atmung und lässt sich und ihren Teilnehmern viel Zeit in den einzelnen Übungen. Zum Schluss das Loslassen war noch einmal etwas ganz Besonderes, vielen herzlichen Dank Sandra ‍♀️

Experiência fantástica: My yoga experience with Sandra was exceptional. I booked a personal training session with her and she really customized all session totally to my requirements and needs. I felt already a bit better after each session . Besides getting to know asanas in detail and lead into a perfect position I learned about the origins from Yoga and how it was meant to be in the beginning. In the 90 minute private yoga class my friends and I attended, Sandra offered something for everyone - a combination of breathwork, flow and exercises to build strength and balance. Each movement broken down to understand the fundamental parts of the movement before piecing together. All abilities catered for in a kind, compassionate way. Experiência fantástica: Had an amazing private yoga class with Sandra today. We did the 90 min vinjana which was a perfect mix of disciplines. I couldn’t recommend Sandra or All Life Is Yoga highly enough. A must visit.

She covered a wide range of excersizes and techniques and was very thorough with her instruction and guidance. Experiência fantástica: I've been going to Sandra's yoga for a long time now and it is truly wonderful. She will make sure that you are doing each position correctly, not like some classes who speed through the moves, (more for the sake of the instructor getting his/her own workout - when I discovered Sandra that ended everything else!) She is also a very spiritual lady and very inspiring in many ways. She goes over and beyond for every one of her students. I love her classes!

Sandra has in depth knowledge of yoga and takes you into poses correctly...as in really doing the poses properly… I couldn’t tell you how many years I’ve been doing yoga without doing the poses properly. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of sandra I feel like she has welcomed me into her yoga heart and her into mine. I have been taking group as well as private sessions with her for a while now and managed to learn and do so much more than I thought my body could manage. :)

Experiência fantástica: I started my day today with a very exciting new experience. Blindfolded yoga! I had never done this before so initially I felt uneasy, like I had no control, but very quickly I surrendered to the soothing voice of my coach, Sandra. I was guided through the exercises and much to my surprise I achieved serenity and was able to stay focused like I had never been able to do before. I felt grounded, safe and secure and I was able to let go of the feeling of trying to control it all. Wonders of wonders! I dare you to try it, it is a must. I'm overjoyed at having had the privilege of trying this out. Thank you Sandra.

Experiência fantástica: Kleines, aber feines, sehr sauberes und gemütliches Yogastudio. Sandra ist eine Yogalehrerin, bei der wir uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Mein Mann und ich waren während eines Urlaubs zum ersten Mal bei ihr und durften eine schön aufgebaute, energetisierende und gleichzeitig beruhigende Yogastunde mit verbundenen Augen erleben.
