Experiência fantástica: Highly recommend this beautiful studio. Clean, spacious, calming and full of love. Laura is such a kind caring yoga teacher. Very talented at what she does. she caters for all, and helps you to progress to a level you feel comfortable with. Yoga is a very important exercise to practice for mental health and physical health, Laura makes you feel appreciated and safe from the moment you walk into her studio. Shes created a peaceful place where you can collect your thoughts and take time for yourself. Non judgmental, everyone is welcomed and I love seeing more men ( my dad especially) practicing yoga, for both their mental and physical health.

Experiência fantástica: My husband and I joined Studio Solz and we are really enjoying yoga on Sundays. Laura is very welcoming and knowledgeable teacher. The studio is a relaxing atmosphere for all to practice Yoga, Pilates, etc. She is also wonderful with kids! My daughter attends Kids club on Saturdays and really enjoys doing activities and making friends. We’re very lucky to have Laura in our community!

She is an amazing teacher; truly one of the most kind and welcoming teachers you could ever meet. The studio is beautiful and filled with light. The location is convenient with easy parking. And, classes taught in English are such a gift as is meeting fellow students from a variety of countries.

Experiência fantástica: Have had the pleasure to attend only a few classes up until this point but Studio Solz most definitely is a place I would love to return to! Bright and cozy! Laura is a great yoga teacher-friendly, welcoming, and professional in what she does! Have to say that it can be hard as a foreigner to blend into a new crowd but with Laura there you feel like you are a part of the Yogi family! It is definitely more then just a yoga studio!

Laura makes a point of also hosting other activities, creating a space to build a community. Location is very convenient: about 15 minutes from Caldas and right by beautiful São Martinho do Porto beach!
