Experiência fantástica: The best gym in Ericeira. Trainers are really knowledgeable, professional, and pushing you to be better just the right way. Good set of equipment for self training too. Loved the fact that the group trainings were so frequent, so each class was not too packed. Only hoped that there would be group trainings more on weekends. Felt part of the community since my first training, very welcoming atmosphere all around. Literally one of my favourite places in Ericeira, don't waist time on other training and gyms, this is simply the best.

Experiência fantástica: Small but very well equipped gym with everything you need, including showers and change rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I was staying in Ericeira for a few weeks and this was a perfect temporary option to maintain my fitness. You can choose either monthly passes or a ticket based system. Registration/drop-in is all managed through an app so you can see what classes are going on or how many others are doing drop-in by the hour. Space can get tight so try to time your workouts when there isn't a class going on. The one thing missing that would have been a nice addition is mirrors.

Experiência fantástica: Amazing gym, professional owner, knowledgeable coaches, excellent classes! This place is just great: you will find all the equipment you need for your workout routines. Even GHD, a bench for Nordic curls and a peg board is mounted to the wall. Nothing is missing! The people who come here are all friendly, welcoming and hard workers. It’s a fantastic environment to stay fit during your time in and around Ericeira or Mafra! Thank you

Experiência fantástica: The place is what you might expect of a cross-fit box gym with the added bonus of a super friendly vibe and outstanding classes. Today was my 3rd movement class with instructor Ruki-mini. WOW! Seriously one of the best instructors I've ever worked with.

Experiência fantástica: A great CrossFit box, Rui the coach is super friendly and nice, he is constantly improving the training and renewing the equipment for new challenges! Also the atmosphere in the group training is amazing with people supporting each other, I can just highly recommend this gym!

Experiência fantástica: Super cooler Ort für ein Training. Wir sind hier vorbei gekommen weil wir in Ferien sind und wurden unkompliziert empfangen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Gym ist perfekt ausgestattet! Sehr zu empfehlen

Experiência fantástica: Ich war für 2 Wochen in den Ferien in Ericeira. Der Inhaber hat mir für diese zeit einen sehr guten und fairen Preis gemacht. Das Gym war gut ausgestattet und ich konnte Perfekt trainieren (Krafttraining). Es gab Lang- und Kurz-Hanteln aller art und mehrer Zugmaschinen. Der trainings Bereich sowie Toiletten und Umkleiden waren immer Sauber. Außerdem gab es einen Wasserspender. Der Inhaber sowie die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Kann ich nur empfehlen wirklich sehr Gut!!!

Experiência fantástica: Serviço excelente, ótimos equipamentos e professores excepcionais, treino a 4 meses, absolutamente nenhum problema. PS. Excelente playlist heavy metal nos WODs.
