Do hebraico “combate de contato” é um sistema de combate corpo a corpo, desenvolvido em Israel, que envolve técnicas de luta, torções, defesa contra armas, bastões, facas, agarramentos e golpeamentos. É uma arte marcial de defesa pessoal que constitui um treino muito completo, aliciante e eficaz.
Desporto de combate que envolve ataques com as mãos e as pernas, através de socos e pontapés. Implica a necessidade de aprimorar a técnica dos golpes mas também velocidade, força, potência e precisão.

Spectacular experience! I started last year in October and I loved the classes I did (mma and boxing). I'm not registered at the moment but I want to go back. One idea: Competition (Organization of boxing tournaments, kickboxing, another modality) - I believe that many people would line up.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Full disclosure I am not a member of this gym but I came here yesterday to check them out and the front desk staff Guillermo and another young man (sorry forget your name bro) offered me a free day of trial with no hassles. They even gave me a lock to store my items in the locker while I test them out. I'm on a short stay in Lisbon and I am now considering joining this gym because it has all the squat racks you can need to focus on powerlifting or compound training. I haven't even tried the martial arts classes which I am eager to do. But anyone on holiday here in Lisbon looking for multiple squat racks and a good workout during your stay should just come straight here! They got you covered and they're friendly, accept cash, don't require you to sign up to any contracts. Thats how you treat a potential new customer! Good job 1Fight team!

I absolutely loved this gym. The staff is very nice and helpful and the facilities are impressive. I mostly did CrossFit, and I could see that the trainers know their craft. The mobility exercises and warm ups are designed to help you perform better in the WOD. I could tell they planned the whole workout with an objective everyday.
I visited this ample training space and was impressed with the rooms they have, as well as the equipment, boxing ring and large number of bags for the sport, affordable prices and a good range of renowned teachers, a training center to take into account .
